George and Fast Plans worked with us throughout the design process, making multiple changes and offering suggestions until we were totally happy with our loft layout. The quality of the designs is high, they guided us through the planning applications, and they gave us detailed roof drawings on request to help our discussions with the neighbours too. Recommended.

Working with this loft planning company has been outstanding from the very beginning of our project. The team have been incredibly accommodating, taking the time to answer all our questions and making thoughtful changes to the design until we have achieved the perfect loft layout for our needs. We had a great experience working with George and his team at Fast Plans, especially Marius, who was a huge help throughout.

The turnaround time was impressively quick, and having unlimited revisions ended up being far more valuable than we expected. We went through multiple iterations, and Fast Plans were responsive and patient each time, helping us get closer to the design we had in mind.

George and Marius contributed some good ideas, but it’s definitely worth going into the process with a clear sense of what you want. Looking at what other properties in the neighbourhood have done helped us a lot — and once you have a direction, Fast Plans will put it into professional plans very efficiently.

One small piece of feedback: it would have been helpful to know in advance when George was on leave, just so we could plan accordingly. That said, Marius stepped in seamlessly and kept things moving forward.

They also liaised with the council to check for changes mid-process, and when a change came up, they handled the update and re-submission very quickly. Their communication with planning was proactive and much appreciated.

Overall, we’d definitely recommend Fast Plans for anyone looking for a fast, flexible, and professional planning service.

Fast Plans were prompt, clear and responsive. We had permission granted for a ground floor rear and loft extension. They gave us a clear outline of what the process would be, were quick to make amendments, understood what we wanted with suggestions that were practical, and have been all-round professional.
