Small family run business, which is something I 100% support! Found my items here cheaper than anywhere else and was give a 15% first customer discount, which meant free delivery. Received my goods within 3 days! Highly recommend

Great price for the product, offered discount not readily available elsewhere. Products arrived swiftly.
Nothing negative whatsoever about this transaction.
All online. Very positive purchasing experience. Always look to support small business where possible 👍

From start to finish, the service was great. Fantastic selection on their website and easy collection from their store. Will be back

Good website. Had exactly the product I was looking for. Fast delivery. Well packed. Just the job.

Found the item I wanted cheaper on this site compared to a big brand, super happy with what I bought, arrived in perfect condition with a smooth delivery :)

Decent prices, quick delivery, highly recommended.

Buy with confidence...

Im delighted with my Fjallraven crossbody bag. The Blackberry is a lovely colour. This is my second purchase from Fat Buddha Store & excellent service both times.

I ordered four spray cans from this store, and two arrived badly dented with cracked caps due to completely inadequate packaging. The store asked me what I considered reasonable compensation, and I requested a partial refund for just the two damaged cans. As soon as I explained that I couldn’t return them because I needed the items immediately, they completely refused to offer any alternative and stuck rigidly to option of returning them.

They focused only on the “aesthetic” aspect, ignoring the fact that this is not how products should be received. The caps were cracked and the cans dented, making proper use and storage difficult. Customer service did not take responsibility or try to resolve the situation fairly. This store is unprofessional, inflexible, and does not care about customers. Avoid at all costs — this was frustrating, unacceptable, and completely avoidable.

I found a product I was searching for online at the Fat Buddha store and I always like to phone before I place an order, the staff were extremely helpful with my question about the product I wanted to order.
Having placed the order and with free delivery it arrived quickly and well packaged.
I will always now go back on their site as the product offering is so huge.
Always something for myself or to buy as gifts for others

I highly recommend buying off fat Buddha they’re amazing with customer service and quick deliveries perfect website for wanting things for your bike

Great price, great delivery, great gift, great business!

Yes, absolutely perfect start to finish ordered and received 100% genuine Fjallraven bag. It arrived super quickly well packed. I’m very happy I can recommend fat body store wholeheartedly.
Whilst eBay is absolutely flooded with fake and counterfeit Fjallraven bags this is a true original.

Great prices, good comms and quick delivery.

Perfect and charming service. Faultless. Will use again for more spray paint.

Lovely staff, apart from the two owners. Very rude and over heard racist remarks towards a post man

Swift and cheap delivery and product as listed

Been buying from them for many years. Great range of clothing and good service from a local business.

Ordered spray paint for my bike and paid for next day delivery, DPD failed to deliver on the day. When eventually DPD knocked on my door I refused the delivery and the package is now being taken back to seller. After contacting the store, they said that delivery is not guaranteed, that next day is the only option even though it won't be. They refused my refund claiming dpd charges them (?). So now i don't have the product and left out of pocket. Absolutely abysmal customer service, no transparency in delivery, avoid.

Very efficient and prompt service, from placing the order to delivery in less than 72 hours. Reliable and trustworthy wee independent shop, support them.

Ive used this company twice now for buying paint. Excellent service. Products are as described. The little bag of Haribo in the parcel is not bad either.
