Fat Buddha Store Reviews

My order arrived promptly, incredibly well packaged and with a lovely sweet treat. And also at a great price. Love the selection of items they have on offer, and will be shopping with them again.

Great stock and prices. Whenever I order the items always arrive quickly and well packaged. Very happy and will keep coming back for any spray paint I need!

Excellent service. Ordered Backpack. Arrived as they said it would at best possible price. Would recommend

Really disappointed with my experience. I returned my order using Fatbuddhas label, but when it went missing, they told me to file a claim. Royal Mail confirmed it’s actually Fatbuddhas responsibility. I've spent nearly three weeks chasing replies and updates, completely frustrating and will definitely give this store a miss in the future.

Good price, delivered promptly- can’t fault them. Thank you

Absolutely love this store! Having seen an Arctic Fox in Svalbard I now hoover up all things Fjallraven and these guys are so competitive price wise. I know the goods will be of excellent quality given the brand but also that FB will send through the items quickly and efficiently. I’ve used them a number of times - they’re my go to place.

I never leave reviews for anything but I had to for this order, my bag came very quickly, as described and was an all round easy experience. Would buy from this store again for sure!

Great choice of backpacks. Fast delivery and just perfect for the use I intend. Thank you

Beautiful! Perfect for travel and start my new master degree, the quality is amazing! Muy hermosa 🙌🏻

Excellent, top quality, best price and quick delivery! Would definitely use again.

Tidy website, good gear, swift delivery. Lovely stuff 👌🏻

Excellent experience, the price of the back pack was well below any other retailers of the same item. I received it as promised just 48hours after ordering. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service will definitely use the website again.

Item as described and well packaged. Good communication. Delivered swiftly. Very happy!

Good price, fast service, great product. What's not to like?

Be aware that they offer an extended returns policy up to 60 days (28 for sale items), which enables them to avoid provisions of statutory returns under the Consumer Contract Regulations and therefore keep the original postage cost if an item is returned after 14 days. You also have to pay for the return, so the total cost to the customer of returning an item is £8 (£4.50 delivery and £3.50 to return). This is not made clear on their website. The comparable cost for many companies is zero, or much less than £8.
I did receive my refund (for the item only), but only after chasing it up 10 days after they received my item back. They had emailed, and my online account said I had been refunded two days after they received the item back. This makes me suspect that they are one of those companies who only issue refunds when the customer requests, because many people will receive their reassuring email, but not actually check their bank account.
Based on my experience I am left with the impression that this company is chasing financial gain at the expense of customer relations / retention. I do not recommend them.
