Fay is a very good app & program that helps keep you on track with your dietition. But as well helps you be held accountable in your journey and also allows you to journal your thoughts, progress, and results.

I enjoy getting recommendations on healthier meal options.

Fay made the process of finding and connecting with my dietitian easy and efficient. Even better, they have made the process of insurance verification and submission even easier. I love my provider, Gina Rosenberg and she is a great fit for what I am working to accomplish.

Nutritionis is flexible le with my hours. Really listens to my needs, encourages and provide new ideas each week of my health journey. I am 26 lbs lighter and much stronger in just 7 months. Slow and steady.

I love my sessions because we talk about more than food and caloric intake. We discuss life and situations that can change day to day that can affect what we eat and how we eat. It’s usually a new topic we discuss every week.

My dietitian was great. She listened to me more than the one in my health center. She help me set up realistic goals, and had a lot of great insights and good guides.
The one in my health center was not covered by my insurance, but the ones through Fay were?!

I went to Fay Nutrition for a single dietician consult, and ever since then I’ve been charged an $8 “donation” fee every month without my consent. I was never asked if I wanted to make recurring donations, and I never agreed to it.

Trying to get answers is impossible—when you call, the phone number goes straight to voicemail and no one ever returns messages. After digging around online, I finally figured out how to cancel the charges myself, but no one at Fay Nutrition will speak with me about a refund for the months of unauthorized charges.

This feels sneaky and unprofessional. If you value honesty, transparency, and actual customer service, stay far away from Fay Nutrition.

First of all, there is no phone number for them. I scheduled an appt about ten days ago with Leda Medina. Our appt was for today at 1 PM and I received a cancellation email THIS MORNING advising it was cancelled as she doesn't have time for follow up visits. Nonsense. Totally unprofessional.

I'm a dietitian who worked for Fay. I have 30 years of experience being a top professional in my field. Fay continually didn't pay me, so I started sending "provider support" messages asking them why their system wasn't working for me. Suddenly, they disappeared my schedule, leaving my clients, who were doing well and had high hopes, in the lurch. I feel terrible that my clients are suffering because of Fay's actions. There isn't a way for me to contact them to let them know.

The providers don't seem to know how a calendar works or have any consideration that their clients are people with real lives.
I made a first appointment with someone who I thought would be a great match during available times on their calendar, it happened to be a Monday holiday. It was great for me since I wasn't working, and I assumed that the provider was making themselves available for just that reason! The day before (Sunday) they contacting me asking if they can move the appointment to Tuesday with no explanation - I can only assume they don't know how a calendar works and never bothered to check their schedule to make sure they didn't have open slots on a holiday. I wasn't able to make the recommended slot and not interested in working with someone who struggles with planning so I cancelled.
I made a new appointment with a new provider. Without contacting me and discussing the situation, they moved the appointment to an hour earlier - which meant a 7:30am call on a Saturday! I reached out to let them know that was too early and they said they were 2 hours ahead and that was their last slot for the day -- well then why was the original appointment time even available for me to book?! So no communication and again not understanding how a calendar works. I can only conclude that the providers here are completely unprofessional and don't understand how to be a service provider for clients. Don't waste your time.

They say that the nutritionist fee is going to be covered by my insurance because my health insurance had nutritionists as a benefit, but that is not the way the insurance company processed it. It's a mess. They charged me for a donation that was unauthorized and never knew anything about.

This company is completely unethical. There is no contact information if you have any issue with billing, or if you want to cancel and close your account. They never answer you. Please stay far away from this company.

They market themselves as free or low cost consultations.

They charged my insurance $525 for a 15 minute call!! And $350 for a follow up call.

My insurance is saying I'm on the hook for over $500 now. There is no way to contact them to report or cancel your account either.

They should not be in business

This nutrition company is a fraud! Do not use them! It is literally impossible to delete your account! I had to call my insurance company and report them.

Scam. I signed up and dietician did not show up for appointment. Looked online at the ratings from BBB and became concerned that they had my credit card info. I went to their site and was unable to delete my credit card. There was also no contact info included on their site at all. I had to change my card number so they would not charge me for a service I did not receive. Buyer beware.

Their text message customer service is silent. They stated they would charge my wife between $8-$10 per session and instead charge $30. When I wrote a message, no response! Surprise, surprise.
