So I’ve been scammed, so now what can I do(if anything) to get my money back?

Complete scam.
It is March 2026.
I ordered a hose from them last August 2025
It looked legit... Lots of confirmations
Shipping updates.. but nothing arrived.
Had a confirmation that STATED it arrived and was delivered BUT NO NOTHING.
I reached out to customer service via email
I even got multiple emails from representative named Lily
Lots of communication back and forth over the MONTHS

They said they were shipping it again
Nothing
Nada
Zilch

NOW EMAILS ARE BOUNCING BACK UNDELIVERABLE

PayPal is in on this scam. Simular to most other claims on this page my order wasn't delivered but China Post had send a deliverd notice anyway.

After initially being denied a refund I contacted PayPal, they said my claim was denied because Ferlagimo had shown the delivery notice from China Post.

But because I own several online stores myself I know that in my case this was a scam. I am unaware of China Posts services in other countries, but I knew that they are not the ones that execute the last-mile-delivery to the customers address. In the Netherlands that last part of the shipping journey is handled by local companies like PostNL and DHL, and as you might have already expected... there was no prove whatsoever that any 3rd party shipping company had deliverd my order to me.

While first denying me my rightfull refund in any way... it took about 3 minutes for PayPal to transfer the full amount to my account.

Keep in mind that I provided PayPal with the Trustpilot reviews and already told them in advance what problems already existed with Ferlagimo. Nevertheless PayPal still denied my claim and those of countless others and they are still doing this to this day!!

PayPal is actively aiding internet criminals while being aware of the fraud that is going on. This makes them accomplices in a crime.

Scheinbar steckt auch Paypal da mit drin, denn trotz klarer Beweise wird kein Geld erstattet.

Do not buy from this company. They are thieves.
This is their process for stealing. You will order, they will send you a tracking link. Then 4 to 6 weeks later you will see a notification that said your item was delivered. Don't even waste your time reporting it to PAYPAL they will do nothing No item will be delivered. Its a complete CON. This is my order number FRLEFN09802. No items have ever been delivered.

Avoid like a plague. These are scammers. Been waiting for 8 months and fobbed off with about 100 emails. I’ve gone to my bank for a chargeback.

I purchased a water hose from this company and never received it I disputed it with PayPal to get my refund back and PayPal rules in their favor cuz they stated they delivered the item. We have cameras there's no delivery from that company

Paypal me aconsejó aceptar la devolución del 50% y ellos me dobolviero el otro 50

Ordered the TV didn't arrive complained to them and told the bank then lily told me to cancel the complaint and I would get a refund been a couple of months now and they not answering any of my emails at all now and the bank have said there is nothing they can do so the bank is as much at fault I won't name

Bought a TV/Screen via TikTok shop, didn't realise I'd been diverted off Tiktok to their scam website. They messed me around for 2 months and I bought this in Sept 2025 - it's now the end of Jan 2026! They even gave me a fake shipping/tracking site, delivered to a fake door at 9pm at night. Lied to Paypal so I couldn't get my money back because they had the fake tracking info and a fake photo of a door that wasn't mine. I refused to give in and decided to just keep annoying them - they offered a free gift worth £10 when I'd spent £80. they then said they'd sent it again, another tracking number but without being able to even track which courier it is, just lie after lie after lie, don't know why they keep replying to the emails I keep sending. Whatever they say to you don't believe it and please don't buy a single thing from them! I'm reporting to UK Action Fraud now. I'm fuming with Paypal too - I raised it with them 3 times and they just denied me.

I ordered a tv and never received it. Contacted customer support and emailed lily and was told courier lost it and another would be sent. Never got tracking or received package. It’s definitely a scam company. TikTok and PayPal need to remove them. How does PayPal have this many complaints with the same company for no item received and still rule in their favor. Sounds fishy to me.

Company says they sent my order and then one day said it had been delivered (1-2 months later) - nothing was received. I have 24/7 video cameras and nothing was delivered. Emailed them - they said they would send me another one but would not share the tracking number... they just keep telling me it coming and this is how it's gone for months.... now I am being ghosted - they will not refund either... I should have known since the price was so good.

ils me disent que j’ai reçu mon colis avec signature alors que j’ai jamais reçu, je me bat avec PayPal pour le remboursement il donne raison à ses gens honte à eux

Do una stella perché non posso darne mezza o addirittura non classificarlo, ho effettuato un ordine su questa TRUFFA in data 22/08/2025, e non è mai arrivato illudendo i miei bimbi per ben due volte. Ho sempre ricevuto risposta dall'assistenza ma già dalla prima ipotetica consegna ho avuto l'impressione che mi stessero mentendo. Alla mancata consegna della prima volta mi è stato risposto che mi sarebbe stato rispedito e così è stato (a loro detta) con un numero di tracciamento che è stato seguito costantemente ogni momento della giornata. La seconda spedizione ha smesso di essere tracciata poco prima di natale (19 dicembre 2025) per riapparire magicamente oggi come consegnata il 15 Gennaio 2026, ma non c'è traccia di niente. Quindi CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE A CHIUNQUE DI NON COMPRARE NULLA DA QUESTO SITO. IO PROVVEDERO A DENUNCIARLI PER TRUFFA.
