Review of the Cancellation Policy I paid extra for the cancellation guarantee, but honestly it feels useless. The conditions are written in such a restrictive way that in most normal cases you... Toon meer

The ferry trip was fine and the duty free shopping very good. But despite being 1.5 hours early - the queues were horrendous and we missed our original time and had to wait 2 hours. I wish we would have been informed about the delay several hours before so we could have arrived even earlier. The instructions stated to arrive only 30 min prior to departure.
