Fidelity Life Association Reviews 

My payment was declined as another payment of a different company was processed. I then went on the Fidelity website to pay my premium; their website was suffering technical issues and would only allow me to process a onetime payment, so I made the payment to relieve my monthly payment. Everyday since I paid my premium, Fidelity has attempted to recharge me for me an additional payment. I called and spoke with Lisa P5258 and Lori X4655 and both of them refused to fix the issue and said I was subject to change my payments to quarterly or pay an additional payment, despite having already paid this months premium. All other times I’ve spoke with customer service agents, they have all been helpful. Lori and Lisa are two of the most unhelpful agents I have encountered. Why have a policy with an unhelpful agents?

I had a pleasant experience in January-2026, I contacted the same representative. I was phoned back promptly. It was a pleasant and professional application process as before.

They are always willing to help. Try to understand your needs what you want to do after life as far as taking care of your family.

I didnt want the insurance because its a little pricey but i was withdrawn still from my debt card

I’ve been a customer of FIDELITY LIFE ASSOCIATION since 2009. So this is how a LONG-TERM CUSTOMER gets treated. I had $895 fraudulently deducted from my account by FIDELITY LIFE ASSOCIATION, and BANK OF AMERICA did nothing to stop it. On Friday, April 24th, 2026, ((5)) separate payments of $179 were withdrawn from my Bank of America account by FIDELITY LIFE ASSOCIATION. 4/25/2026
Since I was NOT alerted to the multiple transactions by BANK OF AMERICA, I didn’t notice the transactions until the next day. I tried to contact FIDELITY LIFE ASSOCIATION but was informed they are ONLY available Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm… NO WEEKEND HOURS! On 4/27/2026 I called FIDELITY LIFE ASSOCIATION. After waiting on hold for 20 mins, I spoke with a Supervisor named LISA (employee P-5258). She went on to inform me that FIDELITY LIFE ASSOCIATION has been dealing with a “NEW SYSTEM ISSUE,” and this is the THIRD CONSECUTIVE week that they have “accidentally” overdrafted customer accounts…. I REPEAT, this is the 3rd week in a row that this has occurred. Needless to say, I was disgusted that FIDELITY LIFE ASSOCIATION has allowed this to happen repeatedly, and my bank (BANK OF AMERICA) did nothing to protect its customer.

**NOTE** As of 4/30/2026 my money still has NOT been returned. OVER $700 of my money sitting inside of a Fidelity account.
