This is the second gym pack of Mr Bassett's Grapplers Soap that I have purchased. This is a great product, my son uses it in the gym in Thailand to help prevent staph, so far so good. Arrived on time, packaged well, easy to order.

I did not receive my items and when I emailed to enquire about when I could expect them, there was no response.

Fast delivery , simple system

Terrible service, they send me the wrong item and didn't take any responsibility for it whatsoever. Communication was indifferent throughout the entire process... no name signing off on the emails, vague responses about returning my money. I paid for shipping, for customs clearance fees AND for return shipping to the UK. Never buying again from this shop.

Excellent value for money

Perfect experience as always from these guys. Item exceeded my expectations very high quality and fits in everything I need it too.

I can get 2 pairs of boxing gloves, MMA gear including shin guards and even my Gi.

I have to be honest I’ve ordered stuff from Alex before and he’s such a nice bloke. There actually people who train and understand the complex needs of Fighters like myself.

Very pleased with the boxing gloves, and very fast delivery.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

They were great initially. The bag I wanted was sold out but they had the initiative to call me and tell me they had a restock available. Waited weeks before the bag arrived, chased up several times. Emails were ignored multiple times but eventually the bag arrived. The space I have is around 7 foot so a 6 foot bag plus 1ft for straps would mean a good floor to ceiling bag, perfect for leg kicks. The bag turned out to be nearly 6ft 6" and way off the advertised 6ft. I asked to return the bag and even wanted to buy a more expensive smaller one. Company are now ignoring my emails once again, have ignored my return request, deny that the bag is more than 6ft, despite me sending video evidence of me measuring i. They also said I'd have to pay a £30 restocking fee and pay a huge amount to a courier to return it, despite it clearly being their error. Bad customer service. Feel like I've been robbed. Avoid if possible

Additionally, a "Senior member of staff with 30 years of martial arts experience" wrote an aggressive response back to my on Google stating "there's no such thing as a 6ft 6 bag". This Senior member of staff must be blind as I sent a clear video of the bag alongside a measuring tape.
