We contacted Finance Solutions after already working with another broker firm. We were fortunate to have been connected to Shane Murray. From the very start, he went above and beyond for us and problem-solved with solutions ready to offer. This was in stark contrast to the service we had previously experienced, where problems occurred but no solutions were offered.

We previously had AIP for €276K, and thanks to Shane alone getting my partner's documents approved, it went up to €416K! Our previous broker was unable to get my partner's documents approved due to a fixed-term contract.

Shane made buying our first home possible. He is a great asset to Finance Solutions, and I am eternally grateful for his work. I wish him nothing but the best.

We reached out to finance solutions for a self build in mid 2025. They were great initially but as time went on they really dragged their heals and done nothing for weeks at a time and it pushed out our self build by months. Constantly asking for documentation we had already uploaded to their portal, promising us we would be ready to draw down in the next 2 weeks but it always seams to be 2 weeks away. Telling us documentation was sent to the solister but taking nearly 2 weeks to post a document for us to sign. The whole process was a disaster with them. If your reading this don't use these guys for a self build. I regret ever using them and if i could go back i would have went with a local broker where you can actually walk into their office. at the minute we still are trying to draw down with them and still 2 weeks away while friends of ours used local brokers and have already drawndown weeks ago.

I genuinely do not think myself and my partner would be homeowners right now if it wasnt for Sean Cleary at Finance solutions. He is an absolute pro at what he does i would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Everyone at Finance solutions i dealt with where brilliant Sean, Shane Paul. 10/10 recommend

We used Finance Solutions for the 2nd time as 2nd time buyers & had an amazing experience with Eoin yet again! - our situation wasn’t the most straight forward with our financial situation, but Eoin managed to get us an exemption to be able to buy our dream home & move back near family!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH. ON THE DAY PAYMENT IS DUE, THEY WILL HARASS YOU DOZENS OF TIMES IN A FEW HOURS, EVEN AFTER YOU HAVE ALREADY MADE PAYMENT. WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!

This country does nothing but take your money after 16 months of non payment on my bills they finally got me an offer making my late and service fees almst as much as they saved me and I am still waiting for 3 more accounts to be settled. Tho company is a joke and a ripoff. Don’t trust these people with your hard earned money

Gavin made everything so easy from start to finish. Everything was communicated fast and effectively to me via the portal and responses to my queries where resolved in minutes! Honestly couldn't recommend theses guys enough, I had applied directly with the banks but its slow and painful. Finance solutions took all that away.

I would rate it 1 if I could. I continued to get all the letters from the people I owed money to the entire time I was paying. I still get them to this day owing the exact same amounts as when I started paying GW FS. So now I still owe my debtors and I have paid these people nearly £2000 and cannot get a response about that or my money back. I will be going the legal route if I’m not refunded soon as I stopped paying these people 2021. Danielle Lu is my contact from GW FS and to now no response as to why I still owe these people this money or when I’m getting my money back. Not happy.
