Good morning Mr Bailiff, thank you for taking the time to leave a Trustpilot review. We note your comments. We have checked our systems and can advise you of the following.
You made your enquiry with us on Monday 27th at 19:28. We immediately referred you to one of our Partners who contacted you within a few minutes of your application. Unfortunately they were unable to assist you due to the nature of your enquiry.
You were then referred back to our team on Tuesday who then endeavored to contact you at 16:16. We tried again on Wednesday at 09:50 , 13:45 and 17:15. We were scheduled to try you again this morning.
We would respectfully submit that having made 4 calls (unanswered) to you since we were made aware of the situation we have taken reasonable steps to contact you in order to meet your needs.
We would therefore respectfully refute your comment that we are "unreliable".
We are nevertheless anxious to help you and should be pleased if you could kindly return a call to us when it is convenient for you to do so. Our direct line is 0333 0505722.
Regards
Jonathan.
