Extremely efficient customer services from Leanne - she could not have helped more.

Great service as always.
Had an issue with an item and a replacement was sent within a couple of days.

Leanne was very quick at getting back to me, very professional, polite and efficient, problem has now been solved.

As always we have received excellent service from Findel - I could never fault the efficiency in which queries have been dealt with. Recently we had two items that never arrived and it was outside the 14 day limit to report. However customer services liaised with me and after a lot of correspondence and checking Findel replaced the two items that had not arrived. Great service!!

It's always so easy to order and delivery is really quick. On the odd occasion when there has been an issue, it's be so easy to get in touch, staff are very helpful and the situation is always resolved very quickly. The staff in the customer service department as so easy and pleasant to deal with.

I ordered a gift voucher and it was handled efficiently and professionally from start to finish - many thanks to Shelley for sorting this out for me!

One of my customers had an issue with an item that we had purchased, that I had to pass back through to Sarah Kent within the Customer Service Department to offer me advice on . From start to finish Sarah handled the entire issue with professionalism and top-quality help and advice. Unfortunately for Sarah, IF I get any other issues (even though they are very few and far between) I will be sending them through to her directly. We ordered a large item which was received damaged. Even though it took a couple of months to get the replacement, Leigha Parkinson (the agent I was in contact with at Findel), did everything she could to keep things moving and we were kept informed. Findel's service is very efficient, items arrive quickly and staff are friendly. Highly recommend!

We were left short some of our order. I emailed Kelly Duffy and received a quick response. She proceeded to look after my query with speed and efficiency. A very pleasent experience.
