I tried to return an item that was much too small - I’m normally a medium and the jacket was more like XS. This was well within the 30-day time limit they advertise. They have basically put every obstacle in my path to prevent. Even suggesting I need to pay for an overseas return address. Needless to say, I no longer trust them and won’t be using them again.

Fake fraudulent company, please do not buy. I have reported to police for fraud and the bank. They provide customers with a fake address to send items back to when returning items and do it on purpose so that it takes months so we can’t raise disputes. Will be reporting to trustpilot and whoever else I can. Please do not waste your money on this fake fraudulent company. Registered in London on companies house but gives address to send back to China.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to say that my experience with Finleycrest was really good. The item I ordered looks great and the quality surprised me in a positive way. Sometimes online shops can be disappointing, but this one definitely wasn’t. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

This company refuses to give me a refund on a very sub-standard jumper.
They will not answer the telephone or reply to any of my many emails.

I’m honestly very impressed with Finleycrest. I oredred a sweater and didn’t really know what to expect, but the quality turned out to be excellent. The fabric feels great and the fit is perfect. Everything arrived well packaged and on time. It’s always nice when an online store actually delivers what it promises. Definitely a 5-star experience for me.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Finleycrest. I ordered a black sweater but received a beige one by mistake. When I contacted them, they quickly sent the correct black sweater and told me I could keep the beige one as well. Now I have the same lovely sweater in two colors. Great sevrice and a very happy customer.

Very happy with my purchase from Finleycrest. The items looks stylish and well made. The fit is true to size and the material feel good on the skin. Overall a positive experiance and I would definetely recomend it.

Everything went smoothly from placing the order to recieving the package. The clothes matches the description and photos and the quality feels really good. Its hard to find reliable online stores sometimes but this one deliverd.

Very smooth experience from start to finish. The website is easy too use, ordering was quick and my package arrived in good condition. The clothes feels more premium than I expected and they fits well. Definetly worth it.

Honestly I have no complain’s. The clothes look just like in the pictures and the fit is spot on. Sometimes online stores over promise, but that wasn’t the case here. Good quality for a fair price I would recomend.

I recently buyed a couple of pieces from Finleycrest and the whole process was pretty easy. Checkout was simple and shipping didn’t took too long. The items look just like the photo’s and the material feel solid. Happy with what I recieved.

This was my first time ordering from Finleycrest and I’m actually pleasantly suprised. The clothes looks well made and feels comfortable. I always worry about sizing when ordering online but it turn out to be accurate. Overall very happy with my purchse.

Had a really good experience with Finleycrest. I ordered a few clothing items and everything arrived exactly like on the website. Honestly the quality is even better then I excepted for the price. The fit were great too. No issues at all with the delivery. I would definately shop here again.

Fashion Fraud!!! Avoid. This is a rinky tink Chinese business disguised as a good quality clothing company. I ordered a chunky knit hood cardigan for £30 and fell for offer of two for £59! What I received was cheap Chinese crap. It didn’t even have a hood?!? Just awful and no labels. I was finally offered on 60% of my money back because shipping back to Hong King would have cost me £25!!!! This company needs to be shut down.

Disgraceful company! Haven’t received my goods after 8 weeks…. When I do actually get a response (after hounding them daily) they said there was an error with my address, then an investigation, then it will be delivered, then day of delivery…. Nothing! It goes on!! They ignore all requests for refund! The fight goes on……
By the sounds of other reviews though- if I ever do receive it - I will still be asking for a refund!

I have experienced exactly the same as the other reviewers, even down to the item which deems to be a 'structured coat' but in reality is a cheap piece of felt crap from China. They hide behind the facade of being a company which prides itself on selling carefully curated pieces, it's criminal what they are getting away with. Customer service was with someone purporting to be 'Emily', I repeatedly asked for a full refund with postage to be covered due but I too was offered a discount to keep the item several times and my request ignored. I was supplied with a German address and have sent it back at the cost of £15 with full international tracking. I've also emailed them photos. I notice that the coat has been removed from the website. I am livid at these scammers and hope that others check here before wasting their money. Unfortunately I ordered before the date of these reviews.

This company sells fake man-made cheap clothing. They are fraudulently advertising their clothing as quality natural materials. I am currently challenging a purchase and using their own website policy to secure a full refund with them paying the return costs as stated in their policy.
They are FAKE,and quite frankly do not have any professional integrity towards selling customers fake and frankly awful clothing.
I am not one for reviews but they are so outrageous that I had to.
My negotiations are at giving me back 60% with a 30% off on their website or I pay for shipping and the refund is what ever is left from the return cost I suppose.
Please save yourself some outrage and do not buy from them.
I paid through PayPal so I'm going to contact them to see if they can assist in anyway.
I contacted PayPal and did a report with them and included picture of what they delivered, screenshot of the item with their returns policy and the item page link. PayPal have refunded me the full amount. They will still review it and hopefully I can then return their property back to them
They go under a different name though PayPal so look for the date and paid amount to file a claim with PayPal. This company should be ashamed of themselves and their business practices. I'm sure if people report them to PayPal they won't be able to scam others.

Awful Company Wrong Description I have requested a refund which I am still waiting for , scam company

I have ordered and payed for a Women’s Tailored Longline Coat with Structured Shoulder, over £65. What I have received IS NOTHING LIKE the advertised pruct. The coat is poorly made, of very CHEAP MATERIAL, with NO LINING, the martial HUNGS terribly where overlaps, and BAD STITCHING. The product came WITHOUT ANY LABLES as one supposed to, and NO TAGS either. Besides an AWFUL PRODUCTION, the product is UNFINISHED. I have asked for a refund immediately- turns out, the best I could get back of my money, was fifty percent only, as to return it, I had to shipp it to China, not England, and would have costed me an additional £30. Appalling!! Misleading the costumers, fraud and theft. Shame! I only put one star because I had to, otherwise, it does not deserve even that.

I purchased what was meant to be one 100% cashmere sweater which is anything but: PURE ACRYLIC!

the best is that when I concluded the purchase, there was a popup window with an offer for the the same sweater at reduced price which naively I clicked to see without knowing that that simple click would have authorised the purchase hence the transaction! NO SERIUS company leads to a purchase unless you are asked few times if you are certain on it

I felt relaxed because I read that any purchase can be cancelled if you email the company within 2 hrs from purchase. OF COURSE NOBODY replied for days and they totally disregarded what is 'company policy'

in case you wondered I tried phoning the UK number which has a Russian voice mail and the online chat is just fake! there is no way any answer would arrive as it's run by a bunch of crooks
