From first contact the team at Fireplacesaver have been great. I dealt with Harry and he was very quick to respond and answer any questions I had. He was also very helpful in planning which fire place would be best and how the work would be completed.
The work was them completed by Mo and his colleague. Both very friendly and the quality of work is exceptional. Regularly checked with me as he was building the fire place and ensured we were happy with the style. Very tidy as they went and very nice guys!

From start to finish the whole experience was amazing. No question was too much for Harry, and he answered very quickly. Mo and his team were excellent, polite, helpful and were perfectionist’s.. they did an amazing job , nothing was too much trouble, friendly, really hard workers and didn’t stop. Took the time to show us how it all worked. Left my living room spotless!! Fully recommend

Absolute brilliant communication from start to finish, competitive pricing and an absolute wonderful fitting team. When the fitters arrived they got straight onto the job and it is done to perfection. They left the area cleaner than before they started. Highly recommend.

I could not recommend this company enough. Aaron was very helpful and the process to get booked in for a media wall was very simple. The men that came to install the media wall were lovely and worked hard. I love it!

Really impressive great service from Harry from beginning to installation date , really helpful always kept upto date. Installation team have a real eye for detail and have installed our media wall perfectly real attention to detail, not even a spec of dirt or dust either

After two days finally done , love it , great lads hard working and clean up after is 100 percent , fire is stunning pictures doesnt do it justice looks so nice attention to details . Fab communication with the company thouout from odering , seen loads people doing media walls on facebook but this compay has been going over 30 years excellent price to ,highly recommended Fireplace Saver are the company to definitely use.

Excellent friendly helpful and efficient service from start to finish. Fitters arrived on appointed day and fitted everything perfectly with no fuss and tidied up when they finished. Dealt mainly with Harry in the office and he was brilliant. No hesitation recommending them all

Could not be happier with the whole process from start to finish. Aaron was so helpful in giving advice on styles and sizes and despite the fact that they are in Bradford and I'm in Maidstone, the customer service was as if I'd actually been in the showroom in person. There was a slight hiccup with the size of fireplace that was initially delivered (due to me changing the order) but Harry was able to ensure that this was all resolved and with the highest priority in time for the fitters to work their magic! So happy with the end result and the finish is incredibly clean considering the plastering that the job requires. Thanks so much!

Excellent customer service from the very first message to the day our media wall was installed. Aaron constantly kept us up to date and couldn’t have been more helpful. Then the fitters who came listened to exactly what we wanted and were fantastic. Would 100% recommend!

Cant thank this company enough,
I booked to have a media wall done about 2 years ago and i have had so much going on ive had to change the date 3 times and change address they have been nothing but helpful, my media wall has just been finished today an the fitters where absolutely amazing i added shelving on last minute nothing was to much trouble, they cleaned up after themselves and my living room looks amazing i am so happy! would recommend to anyone the best thing i have ever done.

Amazing from start to finish! We initially found Fireplace Saver on Facebook and after speaking to one of there sales team, Rob in particular, we quickly firmed up a build date. Took 2 days in total and was smooth sailing through out!! 5 Star all day!!
