What can I say, a wonderful experience from start to finish. Very helpful when we went to visit the showroom, never felt like you were being rushed into making a decision. A friendly young man called Murty guided us through our options. The fitters were brilliant tidied up after themselves and did a great job. Highly recommend them if you want a professional and perfect job doing.

Really pleased with the service and product. Very easy to book - almost seemed too easy to be true. Fitters arrived and were very nice. Worked extremely hard all day to get it finished and we are thrilled with the end result. Cannot stop looking at it in awe. Thank you so much fireplace saver. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!

We recently had a media wall built and couldn’t be happier with the result. I was initially a little nervous about the process, but Harry was fantastic — he answered all my questions and clearly explained every step. On the day, the fitter, Karl, was excellent. He brought our vision to life perfectly, working from just a photo. And the plasterer, Darren, did an amazing job too! Now that it's painted, we’re absolutely thrilled with how it looks.

First class. Couldn't be more pleased. The team that fitted the media wall were great. The finished product was even better than I imagined. I would highly recommend Fireplacesaver.

Great comms and two great lads came and worked very hard for two days listened to what was needed and hardly had a break .. all they asked for was couple of glasses of water ...very respectfull of the room also ( some builders are not) 1st class

What can I say. Absolutely fantastic. From Murty to Mo and the crew. Its like a perfect can of beans. Does what it says on the can. Tidy, clean, punctual workers. They know what they have to do,
and just get on with it. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks again for all your hard work. I’m super impressed and excited with my media wall, and can’t wait to tell everyone about you FABULOUS!!!

I was dubious as first to use this company as they weren't local, but so glad we did, from our first calls with Harry until completion was first class service. Our fitter Karl was absolutely brilliant, he talked through plans on the day and guided us to the perfect design to fit the space and it's amazing!
Daz the plasterer was fab too and gave us strict instructions on how to paint it so we did a good job.
If you're undecided who to go with these guys are a must and such a competitive price too!

Excellent experience with this company. Communication with Harry was first class. In fact, we are some 150 miles away from the showrooms and have never visited them. All negotiations, planning, design and choice of product was completed by message, email, video and old fashioned telephone. A remarkable job. Their knowledge of media walls is very extensive. The wall was installed, on time, by excellent local tradesmen who were tidy, friendly and very competent. All in all, a top notch service from start to finish. Unreservedly recommend them.

I cannot recommend this wonderful company enough. Total professionals from start to finish. Harry came out to measure up and explain the process clearly. The media wall was fit by Mo and his colleague who were just amazing. They didn’t stop for 2 days and got the job done quickly and professionally. They were lovely guys who tidied up after themselves. Well…the result…… totally amazing! I cannot believe the transformation of my living room from total boring to super classy! The fire is something else! Thank you so much to you all. (Photos are just after plastering and still looks amazing) if like me you have pondered over having one fitted. Just do it! You will not be disappointed with this fabulous company. Thank you guys.

Wow! What can I say! This company is absolutely superb! Harry was so helpful and answered all my questions prior to payment. He is an asset to this company and definitely knows his stuff. The installation team were also excellent. Mo and his colleague were very experienced and provided a great service. You will not go wrong instructing this company to install your media wall.

The communication from start was great by Ben - from booking, delivery of the fireplace to the team arriving to fit the unit. I’m overwhelmed by the finish and I couldn’t recommended the team more. This has transformed our living room!

I was a bit sceptical of the all fantastic reviews but everything is true! From the start Murty was great, helpful, attentive and answered every question immediately! The work itself also amazing, so professional and again nothing was too much trouble . Tidy, clean, friendly and professional, a real treat in these days of poor service but these guys were exemplary! So happy! Would honestly recommend to anyone!

Very good builders. Arrived on time, covered everything over, carpets, furniture etc. love the design. Fantastic finish. Must mention that initially Murty at the office was very helpful. Really pleased with everything.

From the first enquiry regarding a media wall Ben was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed. Ben then took my order and informed me of the next steps regarding installation. Ben was always on hand to answer any questions I had. Karl the fitter was absolutely brilliant, he worked the whole day, very polite young man. Karl was very tidy during the installation and made sure I was happy with what he was about to install. I am excited for the next step tomorrow of getting it plastered.

This was a project we spent a lot of time investigating, really wanted to make sure we worked with an organisation that understood us and offered a huge amount of flexibility as we moved on together. This is an exactly what we got, amazing support pre instalment and the guys that built the actual media wall were the consummate professionals.

They literally did everything they could to make sure we had things exactly as we’d hoped for including ensuring all elements of the new tv and the surround sound system was set up and functioning to its full potential before leaving. They were clean, tidy and hugely respectful the whole time they were with us too.

If anyone’s considering a media wall installation then look no further. A perfect 5 stars from us!

Oh my word I cannot express enough how happy I am I chose to visit fireplace saver when I decided on having a media wall installed from first initial call to the installation Harry x Mo and the lads have been very professional friendly and found nothing to much trouble xx I can not thank them enough I'm am absolutely chuffed and would recommend them to anyone looking into having a media wall done thank you xx
