From start to finish was easy. Mo and his team are 1st class and the job they done my wife and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Harry at fireplace saver was very easy to deal with and very informative. If anyone is after a media wall of any kind these are the go too people. Many thanks to you all.

Harry was extremely helpful and polite. He sent me lots of ideas to choose from. Karl was our fitter of the media wall. He spent 3 days (8am-4pm) doing an absolutely amazing job! The work he did was brilliant and what a lovely lad he was. So friendly and respectful of our home. He did a really good job and it was a pleasure to have him in our home.

On the 4th day we had Darren who plastered the completed wall unit.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Harry is a credit to the company and has assisted us throughout, even sorting out a short notice change in design. I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of having a media wall installation. Cannot speak more highly of Fireplace Saver. They are well deserving of their 5 star rating.

Can’t fault this company in the sales process when we were looking for a media wall and fire. Many thanks to Harry who was very helpful. Same goes for the installation team. Everything was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. ( In fact, already done this to my neighbours so they might be getting a call shortly). Amazing service from start to finish. Harry and his team were super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to give the best service. They were very accommodating when my house purchase fell through and I had to switch dates a number of times but nothing was ever too much trouble.
Finally had the media wall fitted this week and it is everything I wanted and more. The fitters were very friendly, professional and extremely tidy. Would highly recommend Fireplace Saver if you are thinking of getting a media wall fitted. You will not be disappointed.

We contacted Fireplace saver to arrange installation of a media wall after seeing them on social media. Their customer service was fantastic, the showroom wasn’t close enough for us to visit, however we received detailed videos of the fire and potential designs available for the media wall. We absolutely love our media wall, the firez 1500 slimline is exactly what we wanted and the wall design is perfect. Would highly recommend!

I never thought i could get exactly what i wanted without having to go looking round, i came across the Gas Centre when i was looking for stoves on the internet, i saw exactly what i was looking for on their site,
I made an online enquiry, within 1 Hour i got a call back from Reg, one of the sales team i explained to him what i was wanting to do, he explained everything to me, then got back to me the next day with a quote.
Every thing was sorted through WhatsApp, sending pictures etc i arranged to have a survey, and then everything just fell into place from there.
The fire and all the equipment arrived a few days prior to the fitter, Simon, coming to do the work.,it was all completed within the day, We are very pleased with the work carried out, and with the help and advice we got from Reg.
I would definitely recommend the Gas Centre for a nice professional job been done. Thanks so much the fire is great.😀!!

Mo and his team fitted my multi media wall and fireplace today . Took advice from Mo on design and what could be done seeing I had an amplifier.Mo was brilliant and managed to fit behind telly hiding all wires. Great polite team and kept everywhere clean. Would highly recommend this company. 5 stars.

Karl was the nicest, most pleasant young man we have ever met & it was a pleasure having him work in our home.

He built a media wall for us and did all the electrical work.

A very tidy worker and very skilled. Arrived at the time arranged.

We will be using again and would not hesitate to recommend him.

The whole process was smooth, from beginning to end. At first I was quite skeptical, the ’standard’ process is someone comes to see you and evaluates the space etc.

This was completely different in a super positive way. I honestly wouldn’t change a thing.

Absolutely amazing proffesional company with great communication from start to finish.. Great product and workmen that did the media wall and fireplace installation absolutely amazing explained what they were doing and what height I wanted the TV, they offered a solution to a potential problem I had once my old fireplace was removed as I didn't realise there was a gaping hole where an old proper fireplace once was possibly.. Explained fire controls perfectly will definitely recommend

Fireplace saver are one of the best companies you will find, was looking for an electric
fire for our media wall installation and found the Ferrez 1600 on there site . I contacted the team and nothing was too much trouble for them , they sent me videos and dimensions for what I needed and at a good price ! . I needed the fire for a certain date which they couldn't do with the 1600 model but offered the 1800 model at the same price , it looks great and am well happy , they even contacted me at a weekend to check I was happy with it , that's service , thanks to all the team at Fireplace saver you made us very Happy .
