Received a brace which I ordered for my husband because he has sciatica, it did not fit properly so I had to return. Before ordering, read the return instructions carefully. You have to contact them via email to even get instructions on how to return it. Then you have to take pictures of the back,front and packaging of the brace and then send it to them. After that you have to go to UPS who charges you 20.00 dollars shipping. Then you have to email them the UPS tracking number and they might reimburse you. Use Amazon, this is ridiculous!

Shocked at how fast this got here, arrived way earlier than the tracking said! Everything was packed super nice and the instructions make sense. happy customer :)

picked up a Fitali shoulder brace bc i messed up my rotator cuff. simple fix but it helped with the pain alot. does the job.
