My drink was made quick and the boba was very fresh.

Customer service is great, and staff is always so patient and helpful.

We was promised being able to send emails and TEXT to our customers. We are a vape Shop and many places have shut that down because of governments stupidity ..anyways they was unable to do what they promised - called to cancel and they told me I am in a contact and have to pay until JAN 2024. THey kept giving up credits to cover SOME of the bills until they got it fixed - which has never happened... VERY UNHAPPY... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

I’ve been to many Gong Cha’s but the Tomball location has the best customer service. The manger is always friendly and you can tell cares about her customers. Drinks and waffles are always tasty and consistent. Love it that they are so close to home

The employees were very knowledgeable on their products and what item will help whatever your looking for on either side of the store and the attached tobacco and new products that were legalized. One employee even knows I shop there a few times a week, and starts putting my order together when I walk in. They are very fast at cashing people out in line! They move fast for a busy store.
