what a CHEAP plastic plant they sent to me
NOT at all as advertised

This is the worst representation of a bait and switch. I ordered a Christmas decoration that projects on the wall. What I received was NOTHING as advertised on their website. It was supposed to come with multiple slides. Got none!! It took me over a month to receive this as they don’t tell you you’re ordering from Germany the time it went through every customs and port. Don’t waste your money !!!!

Ordered a trimmer and never received it total scam do not order from here. Tracking says it delivered it to another city and never got a refund.

Order a string trimmer head. When i received it, the product did not fit my string trimmer and will not work. I requested a Return Authorization and refund. The company refussed my request as it said they shipped the product requested. Reading the companies return policy they should have accpeted. This company is not ethical and is located in Honk Kong. Buyer beware.

I wish there were negative stars.
I ordered a pom pom kit for my grandchildren and it is not usable. They are supposed to remove the plastic from the card then stick the pom pom on . Got the cards and pom pom but apparently this is a do it yourself and had to stick sticky dots that the pom pom don't stick to. Also has an extremely pointy needle tool that is dangerous to lids. The entire kit is in the bin.

Received this item after around two weeks of waiting. Packaging was reasonably sturdy; product arrived without damage. Design looks practical and quality seems decent, nothing exceptional but functional for its price point. Overall meets expectations but delivery could definitely improve considering shipping time took longer than expected.

Defective cell phone charger doesn't work. It cost $38. After sending them a video proving it doesn't work right out of the box, they offered me a $3 refund, which is laughable. I requested a replacement. They said I'd have to return the unit to their Chinese warehouse, which would cost a lot and be time consuming. After several more rounds of offers, they said they'd refund me $9. They suck. I should have bought on Amazon instead.

I ordered some chargers almost 2 months ago and have yet to receive them. No follow up from the company.

Also, someone is flooding Trustpilot with fake reviews about this company. Total SCAM.

Follow-up: They linked bogus tracking numbers to an address that wasn't mine. They insist now that they cannot refund since the package was delivered although it was their error. I believe it was a scam from the start. AVOID!!!!

I ordered 2 fisherman’s enthusiast blankets for Christmas gifts in mid-November. They still have not arrived and I am being asked to ‘kindly await my parcel’. I have asked to kindly have my credit card refunded as I have had to purchase alternate gifts (it’s December 23rd!) and they are just sending me the same email with the same text - like an auto reply to kindly await my parcel.

Customer Service, if you are reading this please reach out so I can be refunded for a product I did not receive. Thanks in advance.

I received my order after 3 weeks. The sun shade is ideal for maintaining a cooler car in hot weather and offers excellent UV protection. It's easy to fold and store. The mobile phone holder is equally impressive, holding the phone steadily and allowing a 360° rotating view. Both items show robust build quality. I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Fish blanket was so thin it was ridiculous as well as it had smeared printing. Truly low quality and can’t imagine what will happen if it is washed. Items are of course made in China. They offered me less than the cost of one blanket. Do not offer from this Company!!

This purchase pleasantly surprised after three-week shipping. The sunshade works well, though its foldability could improve. Phone holders design feels sturdy and practical. Considering its price, enhance the delivery timeframe for an even better buyer experience.

Første pakka ble borte så de sendte ny. Måtte betale toll begge gangene.
Når pakka da endelig kom, var det en plastikk sak som ikke er noe annet enn det. Søppel med andre ord. Er super skuffa. Så styr unna.
Har sendt de klage, håper de gir meg pengene tilbake, eller en som faktisk er som den ble beskrevet.

100% pieces of sh!t. I ordered a car buddy like the rest of the people here. Only received a poorly 3d printed piece of plastic. Said that they'd refund me if i sent it back to them in china, but they won't cover the $50+ shipping fee.

They are regular scammers.
Like others who mention it here, I also ordered a robot for my car which was supposed to react beautifully to driving in the car with various emotions. What I got was a piece of plastic printed on a 3D printer.
The seller was still convincing me that I got what I ordered. He offered max 6USD as compensation which I was not willing to accept. Or that I should return the scrap to their Chinese warehouse which would just cost me more money with no guarantee that this scumbag would ever return anything to me. Don't ever make the mistake I did and never buy anything here.

I purchased 2 "car buddy" pokemon type, interactive with car movements, 65 USD, I received 3D printed pieces of plastic that do nothing. Requested refund due to incorrect item received, they say that they sent me the correct one and offered 5 USD in return. Currently requesting full refund via Paypal. AVOID.

Ordered a car buddy, animated robot. Was a scam, they sent a cheap 3d printed piece of junk. Definitely don't buy anything from this joke of a company!!

auch diesen car robot bestellt, 2 mal ich idiot, ist aber weit entfernt "robot" genannt zu werden. Billiger 3D druck, nicht mal gefinished, nicht mal die farbe hat gestimmt xD lasst die finger davon oder bombadiert sie mit emails oder viren^^ lasst die finger davon!
