We've just moved house and brought a dismantled wardrobe set with us which we asked Paul to re-assemble in a different configuration. Paul set about the task quietly and methodically, resolving a few issues that came up as a result of our request, and we're very pleased with the finished result. Others have referred to his professional manner, all I can add is that if you're wary of inviting people into your home, I'm confident you'll be happy you engaged Paul's services.

Paul communicated regularly, letting me know when he would visit. He is very courteous and friendly and all work was carried out efficiently. I was more than happy with everything.

Paul is the absolute business. Prompt, courteous, helpful, cheerful. His work is excellent and the speed is blinding. He is an amazing help, and I am glad I have stumbled upon him. Onto his 3rd job with me now and I will always use him in the future. I cannot recommend him too highly.

Paul was brilliant and I would highly recommend him. He did a brilliant job of building two large wardrobes for me and was great at conveying the various interior options to me that I hadn’t even considered, making them more functional than they would have been. He also as very respectful of my house and not leaving a mess behind, wore overshoes and bagged up all the packaging from the wardrobes for easy disposal.
He was a lovely guy and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!

I have used Paul several times now both for myself and my mothers house previously ..always does an excellent professional job and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Really impressed with Flat Pack Charlie. I received a quote back the same day I requested one and he managed to book me in within the week. Paul communicated with me on the day to give me notice as to when he would arrive so I could ensure I would be home. When Paul arrived he was really friendly and professional. He got to work straightaway and within 2-3hrs Paul had put together 4 pieces of dressing room furniture for me and made sure that they were positioned where I wanted them in the room. Would definitely use again and highly recommend to others who need help with the dreaded flat pack!

Great service from start to finish. Paul provided a speedy and very reasonable quote and a mutually convenient appointment. On the day, Paul was punctual, polite and explained everything before commencing the job. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. Turned up exactly when he said he would. Incredibly helpful and professional. Arrived with everything he needed and was a consummate professional. I will be using him again and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Sadly this does mean however he is very busy so you may have to wait for his service. It's worth it though!

From the first point of contact Paul was extremely professional and efficient. He assembled a large 3 door wardrobe and double bed with shelving (IKEA) to an extremely high standard and in very good time, attaching to the wall where necessary. I am delighted with the service and will definitely be using Flat Pack Charlie again. Thank you :-)

Paul was so efficient at his job, a triple wardrobe with 2 inner sets of drawers 2 bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers from Arthauss in Oak. Done in 5 hours - amazing and a lovely chap. Explained everything as he was going and ensured I had rails etc exactly as I wanted them. Came with all tools for the job and knew this furniture well as I’m sure he does other brands. Very pleased. Would definitely recommend this man for the job.

We had 8 IKEA bookcases and an 8 drawer chest of drawers to assemble,Paul was familiar with the furniture and set too straight away.
Paul is a lovely guy,quietly spoken and totally trustworthy,he built all our furniture in what seemed like no time at all,he fixed all the items to our walls for total peace of mind and safety.
He made sure all the packaging was left neatly and sorted for the different wheelie bins.
Paul is a pleasure to work with,he left our home clean and tidy,simply got on with the job in hand without any fuss,just what you need in a tradesman.
We would happily recommend Paul,he just takes the strain away,fantastic,thank you Paul.

I discovered Paul by the word of mouth. He was busy and we fixed an appointment . I requested him for an early appointment if someone cancels. And Voila ! I received a message yesterday on whether I was willing to get the stuff assembled today, instead of 10 days later. Paul arrived on time with all his tools. I had a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a dining table/chair set for assembly. He did his work very meticulously and with patience . He gave lots to attention to the fine tuning and balancing of doors etc of the wardrobe. Needless to say , all the rubbish was neatly separated as recyclable and otherwise. He is very pleasant to talk to and very well behaved. We engaged in some general conversations too. I am happy to recommend him and will engage his services soon for the next lot of furniture that I am due to purchase over the coming weeks.

Arrived early. Paul was very nice. Did a great job of assembling our large wardrobe. Rubbish put in bags and cardboard folded for recycling bin. Would highly recommend
