I ordered nike downshifter 13 but I recieved air force 1 duplicate and when I asked them for refund or replacement they just disappeared and never replied to my calls and messages

Scam scam!!! Dont fall in trap.. things looks cheaper then original price you end up getting duplicate. No customer support and no email works

I recently ordered a pair of shoes from Flatshop, but instead of receiving the original product, I was delivered what appears to be a duplicate/fake item. I immediately tried reaching out to their support team via email, phone, and their website, yet I have received no response at all.

It’s extremely frustrating when a company accepts payment but fails to provide even basic customer service. There has been no acknowledgement of my complaint, no resolution, and no communication.

I am very disappointed with this experience. I expected at least a prompt response or a replacement, but my concern has been completely ignored. Until Flatshop improves its customer support and takes responsibility for such issues, I would not recommend purchasing from them.

Flatshop is a complete disgrace of a so-called business. I ordered Nike Giannis shoes for ₹4,000 and what did I get? A pair of USED, FAKE Nike Air Jordans in the wrong size. Not just a wrong product — it was counterfeit garbage, worn and probably picked out of some trash bin.

When I first called, they pretended to be polite, but that act faded fast. After that, all I got was lies, delays, and pathetic excuses like "you’ll get an update soon" or "we’ll let you know". Spoiler alert: they never did. They started ignoring my calls, sending copy-paste messages, and completely vanished when I asked for my money back.

This company is built on deception. They steal money, ship fake items, and vanish without accountability. It’s not just bad service — it’s fraud. They exploit trust, waste time, and have zero shame.

If you value your money, sanity, and time, stay far away from Flatshop. This isn’t a shop — it’s a trap

I ordered a pair of shoes from FlatShop.in and was extremely disappointed with my purchase. The product I received was a duplicate/knock-off version, completely different from what was advertised on their website. The quality is awful — the materials are cheap, the stitching is poor, and it clearly isn’t the genuine item I paid for.

Customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful, and there has been no resolution or refund offered so far. For what I paid, this feels like a scam.

I strongly advise others NOT to order from this site unless you want to waste your money on fake products and terrible service.

Ordered footwear, received fake in or same company different size, different material and different colour. No way to return. No way to contact support. Blasphemous scam being run out of Bihar. I even read through the trust pilot reviews after ordering still accepted the order. Not sure what was i thinking.

This is a fake company. First of all the payment gateway should be blamed for which onboarded this fake company on its platform.

Selling authentic products

I had a terrible experience with Flatshop. I returned my parcel as per their policy, but they never accepted the return and completely ignored all my emails and phone calls. I have proof of the return shipment, yet they refuse to respond or take any action.

Their customer service is nonexistent, and it feels like they don’t care about their customers at all. I would strongly advise others to avoid shopping with Flatshop until they fix their support system and start honoring their return commitments.
