Ich habe das Paket nicht angenommen, weil unerwartet hohe Kosten für Zoll etc nachgefordert wurden (ich bestelle regelmäßig in UK-Shops und ist mir bisher noch nicht passiert).
Das Paket wurde an den Versender zurückgeschickt und auch zugestellt, der Betrag wurde aber nie zurückerstattet.
Ich hab über mehrere Wege versucht, den Shop zu kontaktieren (Mail, Website, Chat) und niemals eine Antwort erhalten.

I ordered a pair of Flax and Looms skinny high waist jeans, and collected them from their site in Matlock.

I tried them on when I picked them up. And I've worn them a few times now.

They fit like a glove.

I've had skinny jeans before that sag on the bum, or I've tried stuff on I can't get over my calf muscles... but these jeans stretch and fit in all the right places.

I will be buying more, for sure!

I bought a great Culotte. Colour and material are fantastic. Also the delivery to Germany was quick.
Even though I had a problem with the size, flax and loom did their best to make me happy (I got a refund for the tailor ☺️). A delivery back from Germany would make no science because of the costs for posting and customs.

I bought a jumpsuit which was half price in the sale and was thrilled to receive a further 15% discount as a new customer. My purchase arrived within a couple of days and I am delighted with the great quality and fit.

I had to pay an unexpected - as you claimed to send free of postage charge - an extra

28, 28 EUR to get my parcel

( which was1 trouser - very small envelope!)
That was import tax (22,28 EUR)
plus some German postage ( 6 EUR).

If I'd known I would not have ordered with you as you stated the delivery being FREE to me !

Brilliant. The dungarees arrived very soon and they look as described on the website. I am very happy with the dungarees, they are beautiful.

Bought some short-bird shorts and was dead impressed as soon as I put them on. They fit perfectly and are so comfortable. They're obviously really well made but still quite light so nice and cool in the heat. Washed 'em a few times now, no colour fade and still soft. Couldn't be happier. Worth the cost and proves that paying a fair price buys you a better product.

I recently bought the Peggy dress and absolutely love it!
The dusty pink colour is really lovely.
The organic cotton feels great.
The fit of the dress is perfect, comfortable but also nicely fitted and flattering.
Highly recommend this dress, it’s the kind of thing you wear all the time and never get bored of!

Saw the Mary Lou dungarees and just had to have them. So pleased with quality and fit that I’ve ordered more. Love the ethics of the company and happy to support them. Don’t usually leave reviews but just had to this time. Wasn’t sure on sizing as I am a size 14 (just 😝) but was advised to get large and they are perfect 👌

These (miles) jeans are the most comfortable pair I have ever had. Absolutely amazing fit. Good quality and ethical. What more can you ask for!
