The service I received from flight centre was thorough, thoughtful, accurate and executed with kindness and humility!
Initially I had started the talks with Jaco who made sure I knew that I could always check in and ask for updates regarding our flights having been cancelled due to the war! I then started talks with Lauren who then took over and helped me change my plans when the time came. They were both great people to work with, and Lauren even checked in to make sure my daughter and I had arrived at our final destination!

It was my first time booking a trip via Flight Centre but having Whitney Manjezi as my travel expert agent really made my experience delightful. Whitney was very helpful and honest, her communication was prompt and clear.

I asked for the trip to be extended, and Whitney was able to assist with costing and best options available.

I really want to commend her customer service and also her polite and enthusiastic attitude.

With great help from our agent Nadine!! Our trip to Zanzibar with Kenya Airways was an incredible experience from start to finish. The airline offered smooth check-in and boarding, with friendly and professional staff making the journey stress-free. The in-flight service was comfortable, the meals were enjoyable, and the crew was attentive and polite, which made the flight pleasant and reliable. Arriving in Zanzibar felt like stepping into paradise — the warm welcome, turquoise waters, white sandy beaches, and palm trees created the perfect tropical escape. Our accommodation was comfortable with excellent service, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate dietary needs, which made us feel well taken care of. We enjoyed exploring the island, from snorkeling in crystal-clear waters and going on spice tours to wandering the streets of Stone Town and discovering its rich history and culture. The food was another highlight, especially the fresh seafood and flavorful Swahili dishes. Overall, Kenya Airways’ efficient service combined with the natural beauty, hospitality, and adventure of Zanzibar made this trip truly unforgettable.

I booked a family holiday with Flight Centre Sommerset branch to Zanzibar. The mistakes and total lack of interests once I had paid. Even head office hid behind policies and were unhelpful. What should have been fun planning our trip was an extremely unpleasant experience.
