Duke C was very helpful. Initially I was wary about the price e.g to good to be true, but Duke explained everything and also reassured me how great a deal this was. Also I still have the option to cancel for flight credit if I choose to. I have been researching for ticket prices and this is the best so far. Luis was very helpful in finding flights that met our needs and our budget. He offered many choices and was very good in communicating the choices and the different airline rules with carry-on items. Our credit card company rejected the payment for the tickets and some follow-up was necessary. Luis stayed on top of it and helped with using a different payment method.
