My go to
I’ve used Flooring365 a few times now and definitely my go to. The flooring is really great quality and I’ve been lucky to have benefited from offers on the engineered wood so have managed to get a premium flooring at a great price. Customer service is excellent and today Danielle was very friendly and helpful. Ordered at 8.20 this morning and delivery organised for tomorrow. The delivery charge is a little higher but I understand it is a heavy item and delivered on pallets. I really do not plan to even look elsewhere now when I’m updating my rooms as the service and products really tick the boxes for me. Treated with value which is becoming rare in today’s society.

Ordered samples and they were delivered very quickly, quality looks good. We are still deciding on whether to have laminate, engineered wood or carpets. Decisions decisions!!!

The website was easy to navigate and products very competively priced, ordered several samples which were delivered extremely quickly. Placed the order and Danielle promptly followed this up to arrange a convenient delivery date explaining fully what to expect on delivery day and also recommended a more suitable underlay for the flooring ordered. In addition Danielle agreed to store the order for a few weeks which was very helpful. Great service from receiving the samples to confirmation of the order, very professional, thank you. The only negative was the delivery charges which I didn't anticipate on a fairly sizeable order but product discount made up for this.

This is the second order for me
This is the second order for me. The first order was very professional and the product was outstanding, everyone comments on my new floor, so i decided to put down the same flooring in my bedroom.
Customer service is also first rate unlike another company I'm dealing with to do with blinds directly.
Highly recommend this company.
