Really pleased with the service from the team friendly & conscious throughout, Danielle was very helpful in checking the details & delivery of my order. Russell also made a very kind gesture of sending me some extra incase I needed it. Very "human" business with a great selection of flooring & helpful staff.

Excellent service
Excellent service. I ordered online. On the Monday morning I had a call from Danielle in customer service who suggested I should change the underlay that I had ordered as the one I ordered would be too thick for the flooring I ordered. She also arranged the delivery with me at the same time. I have yet to receive the flooring so unable to comment on that yet. But so far customer service has been excellent.

The floor was cheap and discoloured
The floor was cheap, our first mistake. When it arrived it was discoloured when viewed from the window side of the room. Our experienced fitter was blamed for the discolouration by a totally dismissive customer care department. Wish I had seen the terrible Google reviews before buying. Never again !

Despite this, we offered an independent inspection to help resolve the matter fairly, which you chose not to proceed with. We’re sorry we couldn’t bring this to a resolution, but we feel we took all reasonable steps to support you.

Great communication throughout and delivery was bang on time...however although the flooring came in undamaged condition because the boxes aren't labelled with a product name have absolutely no idea if it was the flooring I ordered!!!

Looking at flooring online, I spoke to a couple of people prior to actually ordering. The 2nd person I spoke to was Lily from Flooring365. It was lucky that I did because I would have ordered a product that was not suitable for the application I needed it for. Lily guided me through to the correct product and was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable throughout. I would highly recommend consulting her.

we ordered the wrong flooring on line so we visited the showroom to sort a replacement and was looked after by Lily! she gave us all the information we needed as well as space for us to make our new choice…. she was smart, chatty and very trustworthy…and gave us reassurance we would receive our credit as soon as the incorrect stock was returned … which was fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!. I honestly cannot give Lily and flooring365 a better review! we will definitely recommend to everyone we know !!
