State lontani da sti qua. Fiori completamente diversi dal sito. Arrivati con largo ritardo nonostante avessi speso 25 euro per scegliere l’orario di arrivo. Arriva il ragazzo che apre il baule e c’erano buttati lì il peluche e i fiori. Vergognosi. Valuterò se denunciarvi.

Sono stati maleducati. Davvero maleducati. Ero a Roma, sai. Ero in treno. La mattina, alle 12:20, mia madre è tornata a casa e i fiori non erano alla porta. Li ho richiamati e ho chiesto cosa fosse successo. Hanno detto che andava tutto bene; abbiamo chiamato tre volte e nessuno ha risposto. Alle 12:25, mia madre ha aperto la porta e i fiori erano lì. Ma loro hanno chiamato e mi hanno urlato contro, dicendo che non avevo aperto la porta o che non avevo sentito niente. Il fidanzato di mia madre ha ordinato fiori tramite altri servizi di consegna molte volte, ed è sempre andato tutto bene. E poi mi hanno solo urlato contro. Al telefono. Anche se li avevo avvertiti che mia madre sarebbe stata a casa. Alle 12:20, mia madre ha detto che nessuno ha nemmeno suonato il campanello o il citofono. E loro dicono di aver suonato e urlato contro di me. È una consegna normale? Un servizio pessimo.

I ordered expensive flowers, but they delivered cheap and poor-quality ones. They charged me 55 euros for the flowers, which cost less than 5 euros.

(1) the bouquet did not correspond to the one ordered from catalog
(2) delivery was done considerably later than requested and paid time
(3) support staff totally useless on providing the info in the status of delivery and reasons of the delay
Poor customer service
This company is semi-reliable but their customer service for when things don't go to plan is terrible. For that reason, i will not be using them again. They mistakenly sent flowers i ordered on the wrong day, even though i paid extra to deliver on a certain day (Valentine's Day). I did not receive any compensation, but even worse, no apology or understanding after contacting them.

Received absolutely different one with cheap old flowers. Literally shocked , emailed them. They told they will investigate but this is it. I requested the money back and they disappeared. I reported them to my bank.
Such a scam
Such a scam. It’s my mom birthday and I have made the order 2 days in advance. Where the first day I got a call saying I’ve order in spain which wasn’t true and today (birthday) got a call delivery can’t be done as something happened to the delivery guy. Seriously last min call and what am I supposed to do?
And the girl Sara was so chilled about when I said the shop is next to the house ask the sales person to make the delivery is 500m away.

Avoid
I ordered some flowers to be delivered on my wedding anniversary.
Long story short, they gave me all sorts of nonsense over the phone about having the wrong phone number for the recipient (they didn't and I even sent them the screenshot to prove it), apparently tried to deliver them to a place whose address I never gave them (you're guess is as good as mine, the same screenshot has the correct delivery address on it), were rude to me when I let them know my wife didn't receive a call about the delivery (even though they'd gone to the wrong place anyway) and then ruder to my wife on the phone (thought I'd given you the wrong number guys?) before calling me again and telling me that my wife had given them the wrong address (yeah, really; like she'd deliberately not want the flowers)?!
Good news though, all could be solved; I just needed to pay them another 15 euros to rectify a mistake that had nothing to do with me. When I pointed this out, it all went dark. They refused a refund. In the end I called the florist they'd booked the order with and they very kindly delivered the flowers for me. Obviously I had to call Italy and speak enough Italian to be able to do this.
The bottom line is that this lot are either conforming to every imaginable stereotype involving Italians and clown shows or they're crooks. Either way, this was a days worth of hassle that both me and my wife could've done without and their blanket refusal to do anything to help left a bad taste in my mouth. The bouquet was also pretty average but I'll put that down to their markup rather than the florist in Lucca who was brilliant. It was only my insistence that they tell me who it was that allowed me to call them. Were I to ever do anything like this again I'd just call a florist direct and avoid the agro.

Sulla piattaforma vengono offerti tempi di consegna diversi da quelli indicati al fiorista che effettua la consegna.
La piattaforma si prende una parte eccessiva della torta per quello che si ottiene.
È sempre meglio ordinare dal fiorista locale e non utilizzare la piattaforma. È stato molto deludente. Dopo che il fiorista ha chiamato e annunciato la consegna per il primo pomeriggio (la piattaforma aveva annunciato la mattina presto), abbiamo ritirato i fiori direttamente dal fiorista e abbiamo fatto fare un bouquet perché le foto sulla piattaforma sono purtroppo molto fuorvianti. Quindi mai più.

Paid €44 (plus €4 for morning delivery) for my girlfriend to only receive 7 flowers in her bouquet. The website showed many more flowers in the display. It didn't even include some of the specific flower varieties names in the product.

The picture you have seen corresponds to the deluxe arrangement so for this reason the bouquet that has been deliverd is in accordance with the standard arrangement you choose."
So apparently they think €44 for 7 flowers is acceptable!

I ordered flowers on Sunday to be delivered on Wednesday for my wife's birthday. On Wednesday, they called that flowers will not be delivered. No explanation, just cannot be sent. It's ridiculous. They had three days to tell me that, and they tell it on the day of delivery, when I cannot do anything to fix the situation. It is hugely disappointing. You cannot trust this company.

Impossible to get hold of. I have received no confirmation of my booking. I have filled in 2 forms asking for a call back, and received nothing. There is no tracking option on the website, so i cannot find out if my flowers have been delivered. Feels like i have been scammed and they have just taken my money but deliver no service.

I have ordered from UK, a bouquet of flowers on the 7th, for my mother that lives in north Italy. I had issues with payment and did not worked. Second time it went through and immediately found out that there are 2 payments for the same thing pending. After a few emails back and forth, eventually I've been told that only one payment reach them and failed one will be refunded by the bank. Two hours later I have been called from Milan to find out there's a problem with the delivery, will be called by a colleague, they hung up and never called again. Later I receive a vague email about the cancelation.

Забрали букет, возили его где-то пару часов, что он ещё больше завял, доложили несчастные 5 розочек, обернули той же б/у бумагой, повязали той же лентой, привезли. Даже не извинился никто ни разу. Теперь букет выглядит, как будто с могилки его на 9 день забрали. Свинство. Очень не рекомендую.
