Flower Den Florist Reviews

Flower Den made it simple and easy to send a beautiful, quality butterfly garden. Ordered in the evening, delivered early afternoon the next day. I highly recommend this florist.

Reasonable prices, convenient location, and efficient delivery service. Jazzmine was very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

The store is so fun!
You can design you own plans, make floral arrangements or just the great customer service.
People in here are so friendly. And the pricing is very competitive considering same day availability.

I’ve gotten two arrangements from here recently and they were both really very lovely. I am very impressed, they’re clearly paying attention to detail and care about quality here.

My nephew's birthday was Saturday. I ordered the flower bouquet Saturday morning because the site's first page said "same day delivery."
When I made out the order form, the form said "delivery on Monday." I was disappointed, but understood, since it was early afternoon Saturday.

Then I received a reply saying the bouquet was being processed. I found the phone number, called them from Florida and asked if it might be delivered that same day. They said yes and then accomplished it!

PS. I hate all the added charges that made my cost go up from $64 to $90 !!

Easy to order; appreciated the updates by email; recipient said they are beautiful!

awesome arrangement, as always!

We have been using this flower company for many years to place flowers on our son's cemetery plot, and they have been wonderful to work with every single time. they are always kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful, which means so much to our family. ordering is simple, communication is excellent, and the flowers are always beautiful and thoughtfully arranged. we highly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable and caring service.

Flower Den is my go-to for local floral needs. The owner is very nice and helpful, as are all the employees that I have encountered there. The quality of the floral products (flowers and greenery) is unmatched in northern VA. I don't even live in the city where the shop is located, but I have driven there just to get flowers...THAT is how much I love this sweet little shop. On this specific visit, I purchased a birthday cake and a floral arrangement... the cutest and freshest thing ever. It was a hit for my daughter! And the delivery driver was amazing.

Quick and easy pick up! The bouquets are beautiful and very unique. They smell great , too. Definitely will be placing another designers choice order next time !

Excellent customer service! They were extremely helpful, and the recipients of the plant were very pleased. I would definitely use Flower Den Florist again!

The team at Flower Den are so helpful and responsive - I order flowers regularly to be placed directly at the cemetery. The team's communication is prompt and very proactive - if my choices are unavailable they propose alternatives that are just as beautiful. Thank you always for doing such a wonderful job.

Excellent communication. The vase I originally picked was out of stock and they reached out immediately and provided me with a variety of replacement options keeping me updated along they way. The order was delivered on time and I got a picture from the recipient and they looked great just like the picture online. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again in the future. Thank you!

Ordered flowers online to be delivered.
Everything was very easy and I heard the flowers were stunning. This florist has a great reputation and I can see why. No issues with the order, the delivery or the quality. Will definitely order from Flower Den in the future.

always delivers amazing looking arrangements with quality flowers that last forever

No complaints. The flowers looked exactly like that in the photo which is not always the case with other florists. Prompt delivery as well.

Online ordering was simple and I was able to confirm by phone that the order was processed. Email communication was excellent.

I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
