Ordered bouquet from a branch supposedly where my friend lived. It spent well of ver 24 hours in transit ..!!!
The flowers were wilted and. Looked old and half dead when they eventually arrived ..
This was £25… worst florist I have ever used in my entire life .

Sent flowers to a relative in Ireland from UK
Paid £49.09 and she NEVER received them

This is actually a front of many many “florists”
I investigated and found these awful overpriced flowers came from “prestige gifting” (doesn’t exist) which is actually Flower Line Ltd, Blidworth, NG21 0RT. - The actual wholesaler.
Seems a lot of these so called companies use this wholesaler to re-sell online.
I wouldn’t mind but firstly I didn’t get my flowers on Valentine’s Day (as ordered by my partner) he chased them endlessly with no reply.
Then suddenly they arrive today …. Absolutely awful for the price. Disgusting in fact.
I would give 0 points if possible and will encourage my partner to return them.

Overpriced- the flowers cost nearly £50 but there were literally 5 actual flowers in the bunch and the rest was just green. They died within 5 days. Do not waste your money.

My friend has been wiring flowers to me for my birthday, from New Zealand for the past 30 years. Yesterday, they arrived. They looked wilted as most of the stems were not sitting in the water. Whoever made this arrangement up did not go to florist classes as the invisible tape was not holding them up but had them floating up. I looked for the name of the florist but there was no card, nothing to indicate who had prepared it.
This is a waste of my friend's money and sad for me.

Ordered flower for day before Mother's day 3 weeks in advance of the day . Delivery window was 9-6 . delivery happened at 6.45 . Flowers started to die after 3 days , gone by day 5 .

If I could give a zero I would. I requested the earliest time available for delivery. At 2pm called asking when the flowers would be delivered. They ensured before 3pm. At half 4 I called and they ensured it would be before 5pm. Come 5.30pm, no flowers have been delivered. They stopped answering their phone and don't return emails. Go elsewhere and don't even consider these clowns.

Didn’t send the arrangement I ordered and substituted something that wasn’t even similar. Horrible and disappointed. The gave me a whopping $10 credit on a $80 order that was not even the item I ordered. Oh and they are the same company as JustFlowers.com. Buyer beware

When ordering you have 3 options for the size of the bouquet. I ordered the largest size for a total of $85.00. there were maybe a dozen flowers and all of them were slightly wilted. I asked for a refund and received a 30% refund. I will never order flowers from this site again. I am furious and deeply disappointed.

I made an order for Valentine's Day but had to cancel at short notice due to moving house, absolutely no problem from Flowers Direct with the cancellation and got the refund into my account within a couple of days.

Obviously there was a mixup in the orders being put together because I received a beautiful bouquet on Sunday for my partner.

I emailed straight away to tell them and to go ahead and re-charge the money, they emailed back straight away to tell me that it was their mixup and to consider the flowers a gift.

Great customer service and would recommend to anyone as the flowers are presented beautifully

I have ordered flowers from Singapore Flowers Direct to be delivered to a funeral hall. Flowers did not show up on the requested date. I have to pay extra for delivery because it was a weekend. After I have cancelled the order, the flowers were delivered a day later. The bouquet did not look anything like the picture on their website. In fact, they were not appropriate for a funeral and certainly not worth 70 USD. I have launched a complaint and asked for a refund. To date, I have yet to receive an apology or response from this company. I will never order flowers from Flowers Direct again.

What a beautiful display, well worth the price. So much care taken on both the look and the safe transport. I can’t believe there are bad reviews after what I have seen on my first purchase I will recommend to friends and definitely use again.

Very bad experience. Ordered flowers and chocolate for my mother as a birthday gift for over 50e and they delivered chocolate from 2euro shop and left the price on it when delivered. Flowers were delivered with bad display for the price and the card spelling was all wrong. Very disappointed

Got email to say flowers would be delivered between 7am and 7pm. Sat in all day and flowers never arrived. 24 hours later and flowers still haven't arrived. Will not be ordering from this company again.
