Flowers Fast is unreliable
I ordered a $90 bouquet for my mothers 79th birthday for delivery on 7/14/23. On the evening of 7/14/23 my mom said she never received any flowers. I reached out to Flowers Fast and received a text that they were unable to find a florist to deliver them and sent me an email (on the day of scheduled delivery). I never received an email. I’m pissed and it left my old mom with nothing on her birthday, this is totally unacceptable for a florist!

We're very sorry we could not find a florist to make this delivery. In rural areas where no florist is available, or able to make a delivery on a given day, we have no choice but to notify the sender.
We did notify the customer by email, and also issued a prompt refund. So an additional email from Paypal with notice of the refund was also sent.
Have You Seen The Mystery Flower Arrangement?
I ordered a Deluxe Birthday Flower Arrangement to be delivered on January 20th and they were not delivered. The were not delivered on January 21st either. Hmm....if you see them let me know.

Beautiful flowers
i placed the order the day before they needed to be delivered to the mother of a friend of mine’s visitation. They loved it! I did too, the vase was beautiful, and the flowers were in perfect condition. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Thanks, Owen. The florist contacted us on Sep 1 to inform that recipient was "unavailable" -- we instructed them to deliver to the reception desk ASAP. We had no idea the delivery was not completed. We have no emails, texts, or voice messages from you. Were you contacting FTD? If so, they are completely separate from us. Please see your email confirmation for our contact info, or just reply to that message to let us know if we should refund or attempt delivery again. Thank you!

Super disappointed in the teeny tiny fresh flower arrangement I ordered for my mother’s birthday. Based on price (including delivery) I assumed it would have been a little bigger. In this case I don’t feel I got what I paid for.

I ordered a flower bouquet for my friend and when she sent a picture back to me to say thank you, I was so disappointed! It was so different from what I order ! I payed $97 plus delivery for a cheap grocery store bouquet !!! Never again I will use this company! And neither you should !
