This is a scam site. When looking on their page, they do not have any certificates. They mentioned that they are in California, however communicate outside hours that are normal for that time zone. They will try to get you to sent money via Venmo and when you ask if they have any other payment methods they will ignore that question. I asked about the whole run down of adopting a cat, but they gave a very basic answer not at all detailed *especially* for this type of deal. They will almost rush you into buying any kitten and will send you pictures & videos, but do not fall for it. If you ask for a zoom/FaceTime to confirm if the cat is actually real...they will say they don't have a phone even though they texted from their phone earlier. Save your hard earned money for real cat breeders.
