FMN rent-a-car oferă o experiență simplă și eficientă de închiriere auto în Otopeni, dar mai sunt câteva aspecte ce pot fi îmbunătățite. S-au remarcat câteva neajunsuri precum lipsa lichidului de parbriz și claritatea informațiilor de pe site privind taxa de spălare a mașinii. Deși am avut o experiență plăcută în general, rezervorul mașinii era doar un sfert plin și am fost surprins că se așteaptă să returnez mașina spălată. Personalul este amabil și procesul rapid, dar aceste detalii ar putea fi ajustate pentru a îmbunătăți serviciul oferit.

Friendly team and helpful. The only hidden fees (€10) was about collecting the car over the opening time which wasn’t discussed before.
Overall, I recommend them to anyone .

Perfect service
The service was great: they welcomed us at the airport and took us to the rent office, the car was very nice and in great state. We had no issues during the rental and the guys were extremely kind and helpful. If you need to rent a car in Bucarest, I strongly recommend FMN!

Reliable and not expensive car renting just in front of Otopeni airport terminal and side by side whit other major renting. The staff is serius and frendly, always in contact via chat. No surprise or something different from what expected. Satisfied!

Statene alla larga. Se non volete rovinare una vacanza, evitate questa società di noleggio. Sorprese una dietro l'altra. Dalle auto con un Chilometraggio non adeguato al servizio ( la prima assegnata è stata sostituita la mattina seguente), con costi di carburante non chiariti in modo trasparente. Mai più. Per stesso prezzo si trovano soluzioni senza problematiche di questo genere.

Regarding the fuel, our policy is that each customer returns the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when it was picked up—this is a standard practice in the industry.

Everything was OK, the car was ready waiting for us in the airport. The office is really close to the airport and the paperwork easy and quick.

reliable company
rented a Dacia Logan from Otopeni Airport. FMN was very helpful, they waited for us while our flight was delayed, picked us from the airport, took us to their office for quick paperwork and we enjoyed our travel with the car without issues. Upon return of the car, again they dropped us at the airport. Thank you for great service, minimal price and reliable car.
