I’ve been over the moon with the Level 2 Gym Instructing and Level 3 PT course at Focus Fitness! The teaching has been incredible and I’m so grateful for all the skills and knowledge I’ve gained throughout the last nine weeks.

It’s been intense at times but the support available both during class and outside of these hours has been second to none.

A huge thank you to Ben, our amazing tutor, for guiding us every step of the way and to the assessors Has, Drew, Nacho and Sean for their support and feedback — you’ve all made this experience so positive and rewarding.

I honestly can’t recommend Focus Fitness enough to anyone thinking of going into PT!

I just want to give a huge thank you to the team at Focus Fitness UK for creating such a great learning environment. I’d especially like to thank my level 4 sports massage tutor Rachel, the time spent learning from her has been invaluable. She goes above and beyond to create a safe space for everyone, not only did I learn academically to progress my career but her support during moments when I felt overwhelmed or doubted myself taught me lessons I’ll take forward through life. It was easy to learn on this course because it was led by tutors who genuinely want you to succeed and do well, that is evident from the very first day. I cannot thank Rachel enough for her time, patience, knowledge and dedication to our success. Also, a huge thank you to Sean for his guidance, and support. Between them my confidence in my own abilities skyrocketed! Again, it’s been an invaluable experience.

I’ve now done my PT, ERI and Sports Massage course with FFUK. The tutors are extremely welcoming, accommodating and supportive. They’ve supported me being a freelance PT and through the various job roles I’ve had. The team is outstanding and here to make sure everyone excels

I am extremely grateful for my tutor Akua who is a wonderful mentor and person in general. I would encourage anyone thinking about doing a course here to go for it.

Great teachers and ambience, learned alot

I completed my Level 2 Gym Instructing, Level 3 Personal Training and Level 3 GP Exercise Referral with Focus Fitness, and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place to study.
Andy was an incredible tutor, and Victoria and Akua were amazing when they covered for him. Ian assessed me with professionalism, and Victoria assessed me too.
A huge thank you to Akua for her patience, understanding and support — especially during my moments of ADHD overwhelm.
I also want to thank Matt, Deysha and Steve for always making me feel welcomed and supported while I was on the course.
I learned so much, and even though I’m not working as a PT just yet, I’m already using everything I was taught.
Highly recommend Focus Fitness to anyone starting their fitness career!

I completed the Exercise Referral course at Focus Fitness UK with Aleem and had an excellent experience. Aleem is a very knowledgeable and supportive tutor who explains clinical topics clearly and makes sure you fully understand how to apply them in practice. The course covered everything from medical conditions and medications to client programming and behaviour change strategies. I now feel well-prepared to work with referred clients safely and effectively. Focus Fitness UK provided a very professional and supportive learning environment—highly recommend to anyone in the fitness industry.
