Efficient service and very responsive to all my queries

Spent just under 2 weeks in Sabah, Borneo and was introduced to Julie’s cheese sandwich biscuits and lemon puffs and on returning back to the UK wondered if we (my wife and I) could get some from a company in the UK or abroad. Cue our finding Food for Foodies who sell them as well as loads of other Asian-style foods. From ordering to receiving was extremely fast and we are well impressed with the correspondence and service provided. Would definitely recommend to the masses.

I like that they gave you an idea when to expect the delivery, especially frozen/chilled food. Food For Foodie is the only Chinese supermarket website I can get baked buns. It will be even greater if they can let me know which bun is not available when I put in the order, then I could choose another one that is available. However, their effeciency in delivery is one of the best, which I really appreciate.

So first off, their customer service is diamond tier. I have never had a company called me before to *very informatively* help me with my order and any substitutes, if wanted, with items they found out of stock.

They were so helpful and clear, as well as sharing information as to why it was the best substitute or if there wasn't one, what was a good alternative option.

I hadn't made the hot pot in years since I lived in Thailand, and that was in Nakhon Sawan with family when I was about 10! So this was super helpful.

My items came really well packaged, frozen stuff was still frozen. Tracking was fantastic with updates.

Their prices are super reasonable, the staff are just a joy to speak to, I really recommend them. If you feel stuck with your order or what you want, I really suggest you pop them a call as they're all really nice and clearly busy (by the background!) but were very professional.

All that I needed to make Chinese dishes was here . And lots of different Korean ramen that my kids love. Delivery is from £5.99 . Some how my order arrived within 24 hours of placing my order. So definitely speedy. I will buy from this site again.

Good Chinese food and ingredients for great meals. This is the first time I have been able to get Pandan cake from a shop in UK. My husband is from Singapore so enjoys curries and all Chinese dishes like fish ball soup so happy to have found this supermarket.

Never leaves the green dragon rice in the rain, always wraps the sesame oil bottle carefully so that it doesn't break. What's not to like?!

Atrocious packing. Items were loose in the box so the items are obviously rattling around so by the time it got to me, the noodles are all smashed and vegetables are bruised. No common sense. Dont put heavy items like a bag of rice in with fragile stuff or at least put in some padding. I phone them up and the line is so busy and loud. Obviously someone is working from home with all their kids running around as you can hear them in the background. I got fed up repeating myself because they couldnt hear me so I gave up and hung up. Unprofessional
