I truly regret purchasing from this store. A close friend had warned me about the poor service upstairs, but I decided to check it out anyway. The salesman downstairs was excellent and genuinely helpful, which is the only reason I bought a pair of Nike Airs and proceeded upstairs to try on some hoodies.
Unfortunately, the lady attending to us upstairs was incredibly arrogant and dismissive. Her attitude was so unpleasant that we would have walked out immediately if we hadn’t already committed to the shoes downstairs. What struck me most was the clear sense of racial discrimination in how she treated us. As a customer, I felt disrespected and unwelcome purely based on our appearance.
Businesses need to understand that customers are not all the same—some will not tolerate rude or biased treatment. If I had managed to record the interaction, I would not hesitate to pursue legal action, even if it cost me significantly. One well-documented discrimination case is often enough to seriously damage a business’s reputation and operations.
Word of advice: train your staff to treat every customer with basic respect, or you risk losing far more than just a few sales. And one more thing: the one who billed us - the one with tattoo without hair - man you have to fire that person. He has got
issues. Seriously! I complained to him first about person upstairs and he was like “which person, white or brown , I don’t understand”. This reaction of not even caring is the main reason for why this review.
If possible we are taking this further as much as possible. And it doesn’t matter whatever it costs

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life, I purchased shoes plus 3 pairs of Nike socks and when opening the package no socks were found in the box, I spoke to footlocker and sent pics saying they were missing and they packaging wouldn’t even fit any socks as they have used a box that fits the shoes exactly. Footlocker advised they addd the socks in the package and there is nothing they can do and they can’t even show me evidence that the socks were added..

Unacceptable Service and Lack of Delivery – Extremely Disappointed
I am outraged by the appalling service I’ve received from Footlocker. I placed an order for a pair of shoes for my child 8 days ago, and to date, there has been no movement, no updates, and no communication regarding the status of my purchase.
What’s even more frustrating is that I purchased the same pair of shoes from a seller in China, and it arrived on time, fully delivered within the same period. Meanwhile, Footlocker has failed to even acknowledge my order.
I’ve attempted to reach out through their chatbot and customer service, both of which were completely useless. The responses I received were either generic, unhelpful, or outright dismissive. It’s clear that Footlocker has no regard for its customers or their time.
This is my first (and last) purchase from Footlocker, and based on this experience, I will never consider shopping here again. I demand an immediate resolution—I expect to either receive my order or be refunded immediately.
Stay away from Footlocker if you value your money and your time.

Ordered via EQL, paid immediately, waited over 2 weeks with incorrect tracking, then told the order was “lost”.
Resolution was simply a refund — no replacement, no compensation, no accountability — despite missing out on the product at the original price.
Customer service hides behind “system limitations” rather than actually resolving issues.

Terrible exchange policy. I bought a pair of shoes online at the Boxing Day sale. The shoes were too small. The day after they were delivered I took them to the store to exchange for them for a bigger size. As the sale was no longer running they said I had to pay the full price to get the right size shoe.

Recently purchased a pair of Nikes online showing stock available, checked out and paid with purchase order number only to have my purchase cancelled 2 days later advising no stock.
I emailed Foot Locker requesting explanation and a form of goodwill recognising the inconvenience caused to myself and they couldn't care less.
Last time shopping with them.

My order was confirmed, I waited over a week, and it was canceled one by one with no real explanation. It’s a scam. This wastes customers’ time and feels dishonest. Shop elsewhere if you want reliability.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Purchased shoes for my son mid November to be organised for Christmas, they remained in the postage packaging until 3 days before Christmas when I wrapped the box. On Christmas he tried them on and unfortunately they were too small due to a recent growth spurt. I contacted customer service on Christmas Day knowing they wouldn’t reply until the next day of business. They told me I was out of the time period to return and would have to present in store to follow up. I notified them I was 6 hours from a store, hence the online purchase. They simply replied they could not assist me further. So incredibly sad this is real life we are living in. I just simply wanted to exchange for a larger size. WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!

I ordered online during a promotional period and one of the items was cancelled after several days due to being out of stock.
If I had known this earlier, I would not have ordered the second item at all. My purchase decision was based on buying both items together.
I also paid a shipping fee, which makes this experience even more frustrating, as I ended up paying shipping for an order I would never have placed under these circumstances.
As compensation, I received a $20 voucher, however it cannot be used together with the current site-wide promotion and it is of no practical value. It does not help me replace the cancelled item, nor is there any suitable product I can purchase with it.
Poor stock management, late cancellation and unfair compensation. Overall a disappointing online shopping experience.
I bought some Puma trainers
I bought some Puma trainers, which I question if they are genuine to be honest. They were size 10US but very small like a Chinese sizing. I asked for an exchange for a larger size however they would not consider replacing them as a tag was not with them despite being brand new and tried on for 5 min realising they are incorrect sizing. Now I am stuck with rubbish quality trainers that I doubt are Puma that done fit.
Extremely disappointed – feels like a scam
On November 28th, I won a raffle to purchase the Cat Black sneakers, which was supposed to be an exciting experience. Instead, it has been an absolute nightmare.
My shoes were supposed to arrive on March 8th, and to this day, I am still waiting. There has been no proper delivery, no clear explanation, and no accountability from Foot Locker.
I have contacted Foot Locker multiple times by email, and all I get are vague responses with no concrete answers about what actually happened to my order. No solution, no replacement, no refund — just silence or copy-paste replies.
This was my first time ordering online from Foot Locker, and it will definitely be my last. I do not recommend participating in raffles or buying anything online from them. If you value your money and your time, stay away.
I genuinely feel misled and scammed. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a company of this size.

Afterpay purchase on a pair of shoes. I have waited past the advised 5-7 working days, also taking into consideration the Christmas peak. Spoke to a representative on the phone yesterday to provide me with an update on my order status. This has stayed the same for a week, was then told to call the next day and an investigation would take place. Called today, to be then told another 5 days to investigate. A refund can only be made after the first or second day of Purchase. Really disappointed and won't purchase online again because of this.
