Awesome mail order team.
They've resolved my issue. Within 24hrs. I've been ordering comics from them for a whole year now and considering the current climate with delays etc I've never had a situation where my books were missing or outta stock. I pre-order months in advance thanks to the previews catalogue which I highly recommend by the way. Its only a coupla quid so can't go wrong. And through that I find everything I need and forbidden planet always has them up for pre-order. Great organisation I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a trusted solution for comic book collecting. And they're packaged very securely. My books have always come in the best condition possible. I understand we all have a job to do and sometimes things can go wrong but we are only human. So when I correspond to them I always make sure to be polite and thank them. I know if that was me I'd sooner help someone who's polite then someone who's rude. Thanks again guys and keep up the good work.

It's not the first time that I have visited Forbidden Planet in Edinburgh and I have always found that the staff is very rude and unwelcoming. And on several occasions, I also went with a friend who uses an electric wheelchair. Despite multiple years of loyal custom, the owner of Forbidden Planet Edinburgh consistently refuses to have a removable ramp onsite and treat people who require them as anything other than a nuisance. This small arrangement would be an absolute minimal effort for such a shop as prescribed by the law.
I really don’t understand as there is a lot of disability awareness throughout the geek community. I therefore will call on anybody with a disabled friend, family, or acquaintance, as well as everyone who sees their value to society to boycott that shop.

I ordered two items back in 28th of August. They seemed to be available for order [not preordered] and I needed them for my husband's birthday 15 days later. So, I though I have 2 weeks for delivery, I'm safe.

A few days later only 1 item arrived and when I contacted the customer seervice via email it took ages to get back to me and when they did, they kept saying it's a preordered item and it's not available and they don't know when it'll become available again.

After a month, I asked for a refund (again going throught the whole process of ''waiting 3-5 working days to get back to you'') and they finally refunded me 2.50 pounds!!! instead of the whole price. I have absolutely no clue why they did so, I'm AGAIN in the process of contacting them to ask why. It's been 1 and a half month now, I'll keep you posted. Ridiculous...

I have always used their Cardiff store Because of its great range, really helpful staff and always notifying me straight away when items I’ve requested have come into stock; keeping them for me so I can collect when able. Their new mail order service is amazing. They called me to say a set of new NBX figures had arrived which I’d asked them to keep. Their response via email was amazing and quick to send me a quote for postage as was the invoice and payment method.
I asked them to pick out best boxes for me, they did and received them excellently packed the next day.
Brilliant service and staff were really helpful and supportive.
Will use this service again no problem.

Very Very Poor. Still waiting for items I ordered at the beginning of May! Ridiculous. Not the company they used to be. Not even an email to update or apologise. 1 Star is more than I want to give.

Used to be good but seem to have slipped over time. Slow delivery, communication etc. Range doesn't seem to be as comprehensive as what it used to be.

Great fast delivery. My last order took a little longer then others but that's to-be expected.

Great selection and love I can have the comics delivered with my daughters name on it makes her happy to get post and even happier when its comics.

Ich habe 2 Star Trek Tshirts bestellt. Eines sollte Mitte März erst verfügbar sein.
Das 1. Shirt kam im Januar pünktlich und schnell an.
Als ich Ende April nachgefragt habe, wo das T-Shirt sei, erhielt ich eine E-Mail dass sie mir angeblich im Januar eine Versand E-Mail erhalten hätte ( das ist nicht wahr) und der Fall nun 90 Tage her wäre. Eine Nachforschung ihrerseits ist ausgeschlossen und Geld zurück bekomme ich auch nicht. Als ich nachfragte, wann das T-Shirt genau versandt wurde und ob es eine Sendungsnummer gibt, wurden meine E-Mails ignoriert. Nie wieder!!!
