Rubbish! I ordered two items and waited over a month in total and still came out with nothing. When I ordered my items I was told they would be in by a certain date and when that date passed I contacted them only to be told they didn't know when they would have them in stock. How can a company not know when their stock is in? Waste of my time! Eventually, they said they wouldn't be getting the items I ordered in stock and they issued me with a refund. I did get the refund without any hassle but I'm unhappy with the way they run their website! They wouldn't even exchange my order for something they had in stock.

First and last time I order with Forbiddenplanet...it's literally FORBIDDEN!

Very good rates for shipping international and they get alot of hard to get exclusive Funko items not found anywhere else.

Forbidden planet international, came through for me, when I was younger I watched a cartoon with my parents, I remember desperately wanting the toys but it wasn't to be, almost 2 decades later they started selling them again, but I could not find them for sale anywhere except for this store, when one got lost in the post they immediately apologized and set out to make things right, keeping in touch and informing me of replacements.
The sales team for this shop are the most hard working I have interacted with and very personable!

Used for many years now and service is degrading from 4 star. Funko Items preordered sometimes never arrive. Even those in stock at time suddenly after ordering become out of stock. A order i had took a year to evetually be cancelled. Updates sporadic sometimes i get replies others nothing. New postage costs i understand to a level but should be capped for large orders. I ordered 6 sent in same box sure combined should be cheaper than charged. Ill use if needed to see if improves but wont be my #1 choice

Spent around £500 on the site in the last few years. However, the decision to add £1 delivery for each and every pop vinyl you order is baffling. 9 pop vinyls = £9 delivery. Crazy decision and they've lost my business

Very helpful customer service. Certain items were damaged from my first shipment and by the second shipment they made sure to protect my items in transit.

Just got some more funkos from Forbidden Planet International and I had to do a new review... The last time it took a month for them to come due to Christmas transit (I think) so I wasn't sure how this order was going to take. But it arrived in one week! It came perfectly packed and definitely fast!
They are well priced, they only take the money when things are shipped, if you have some problem they answer you and they arrive in fast and in perfect condition. I couldn't be happier!

Excellent customer service from Sophie when an item arrive faulty through no fault of FP. She went out of her way to ensure the replacement was checked prior to dispatch and it arrived within a week. Would not hesitate to buy again. Thanks Sophie, you're a star.

Love forbidden planet, It is one of the main sites i use to buy items from, I have tried a different site but they are extremely slow, I would recommend forbidden planet to anyone, They are quick and they email you about any delay with back ordered items

So I have just closed my account at Forbidden Planet International. Mainly because I have had to phone up twice to find where my pop order is to be told it could be coming mid March and yet when you order and buy it online they say up to a week for delivery?. I after to say the communication is out of order no emails and no calls I think from now on I'll be sticking with other trusted sales companies such as Amazon it may cost me more of premium for what I want but at least I won't be fobbed off and will get a delivery on the date specified or earlier.

Like most people shopping with forbidden planet, I love collecting POP vinyls. Never had any delivered to me damaged. Always good packaging with lots of bubble wrap ect.

I order alot of pop! vinyl figures from forbidden planet all the time. I am an inbox collector and 99% of the time they are perfect without any damage or dints, I have had only 1 which was badly crushed and I emailed them and they sent me a placement box out free of charge.

I would recommend forbidden planet with no hessitation!

Had a minor issue with two boxes slightly damaged from Pop Vinyls I ordered.
Customer service were excellent and arranged replacement boxes as a matter of urgency. Great service!

In general a very positive experience. The item was delivery fairly quickly and there was no damage at all. The only problem was with the lack of order status progress on the website itself. This issue was quickly resolved upon contacting customer service which got back to me very quickly and diligently. Overall a very good experience and will most likely purchase through them again.

Takes forever for items to arrive postage makes the comics conveniently match in-store prices. Some of there staff at worlds apart store are rude especially during free comic book day I get it's stressful but no need to keep hurrying us ever 5 seconds literally gave us about 30secs to grab the comics and leave ended up getting one less and they never told me they had me in that much of a panic it's the man who I think runs it that was the problem. I asked for a comic and they never heard of it which is fair enough except they had a giant poster of it right next to the till. Thankfully they've hired new staff who are a 100 times better. The only problem now is it's become pop figure central there's 100s of them and there's specific manga that takes up the entire shelf and ones that never get the next issue. Hardly any actual comics now it's all pops same for the forbidden planet on bold street hardly any manga and there twice the price as anywhere else the prices make no sense either sometimes the first issue of a manga is 9.99 and the next is 11.99. The website is a joke you may as well order from the American site as I do as they never have the comics I want on there and they have next to back issues of things its a joke.

I bought 13 Funko Pops in the sale but have now seen that FP charge £1 delivery for each Pop making my delivery £13 and kinda negates the point of buying sale items, you’d have thought that an order so big would have been favoured by FP and earned cheaper shipping.

I put 13 items of similar priced (and heavier) non Funko Pop stock into my basket and the shipping was half the charge of my order. What gives?

So, now if the Funko you want says 9% off just ignore as you’ll be paying that discount back in postage anyway.

Bye bye free delivery. The one great thing FP had going for itself.

I was a little concerned about my order after reading other reviews but the whole process was absolutely fine! I ordered 6 funko pops late Saturday evening, they were dispatched the following Thursday, and delivered on the Friday. The items were just what I wanted and in perfect condition.

I would have given 5 stars but I also ordered some funko pops from amazon on the same night and they arrived 2 days earlier... so I guess you could argue that forbidden planet international are slightly slow on the dispatch (if like me you are crazy impatient!).

Overall good service with no problems. I would order from this site again!
