I orderd my tunsten spin more than 2 month ago.
My first email was answered, asking me for patience.
Any further email was not answerded any more.
Seems to be fraud.

After Sales Service is Abysmal. Warranty claims result in NO response nor action. Take your money then ignore you. Best trying another company. Items look great online but in the flesh VERY ordinary

It has been two months since I ordered the top and the base, but there's still no news about the parcel. I tried to contact the company by sending them emails from different mailboxes, messages via Facebook and Instagram, and calling their two phone numbers - no one ever replied.

Warning! Do not buy from this company. I ordered one top and the base to spin it on. They sent two tops and no base. And neither top was the one that I even wanted and had ordered. This company is doing nothing about it! They are not even returning emails. They are not correcting the situation. In fact, they aren’t even acknowledging the situation. This is complete unethical behavior for a company. Do not buy from them

I purchased a Tungsten spin top from ForeverSpin and was disappointed with its performance from the beginning. Despite following the company’s own spinning instructions, the top consistently failed to spin properly and performed noticeably worse than my other ForeverSpin tops.

I contacted customer support and was advised to return the item under warranty. I paid for international return shipping out of pocket. Unfortunately, the replacement unit I received exhibited the same issue as the original.

The warranty process also involved repeated delays and long periods without response. Communication was inconsistent and required several follow-ups on my part before receiving replies.

In addition, the replacement shipment was declared incorrectly for customs (declared value CAD 161.10 and not marked as a warranty replacement). Because of this, I had to pay import VAT and brokerage charges of approximately $40 USD, which were not reimbursed.

Overall, the experience was disappointing both in terms of product performance and the handling of the warranty process.

My brother in law received his spin top and he was delighted by it.

He sent me a photo of it spinning in his hand! He and my sister both were impressed by it and thought it was a "very cool" gift. Unique and beautiful.

I have purchased numerous tops (50+) over the years. Some were given as gifts, but most I have kept for my own collection. One word to describe these tops…..addictive! Great quality and a lot of fun. Recommend everyone to own at least one. You won’t regret it.

I have just started ordering their tops this past year. I have several and plan on getting all of them eventually. I had a problem with the last order and didn't get the Ruby Red top as promised. I called and was contacted my Michael at the company and he rectified my order immediately. He was very quick, kind and a great representative of the company that cares about their customers. I highly recommend ForeverSpin to anyone considering this company. I will continued being a customer and look forward to getting all of their great and beautiful Tops

Absolutely no communication, expedited fee means very slow shipping and they pocket your money. Three orders with (2-3 day express), it only took them over a week to ship and its now going to a vacation home that is vacant. Let them know this 3 times and they still shipped. Won't reply or communicate at all. So sad I went with this over priced company. Also read the reviews, not the people they paid, actual reviews and redits. They are just doing reputation management. They made a shipping label, but took 3 days to actually hand it to the mail man. Now I have hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise going nowhere, which they will be eating the cost or my bank will deal with it. All they had to do was answer any one of my emails or their phones. They dont and I normally check that, mad at myself for not checking customer service communication before ordering. Its something I do to avoid frauds like this. Way to ruin Christmas, forever Ring < because thats what you get when trying to communicate with them. Just sad, because while most people think its an overpriced waste, I think its a cool toy.

I recently placed an order with ForeverSpin and unknowingly, the order went through twice. I received an email from Viktor alerting me of this fact. He wanted to see if I had intended to place both orders. I promptly replied and thank him for noticing the error. The duplicate order was quickly refunded and I received a lovely follow up email as well. Excellent customer service for sure.

It is difficult to find a company that is as front-facing and service oriented as ForeverSpin.

These guys took a brilliant idea and investment funds to create a company that has established a viral reputation of selling collectables of the highest quality. What is especially inspiring it that they steadfastly refused to compromise with their commitment to the highest levels of customer service and follow-up.

Go on, I challenge you. Any issue you have with your order just email the company. Chances are it will be the company president who responds to you. They simply refuse to let you leave with any negative opinion of their company. And they accomplish this with amazing responsiveness selling an incredible product.

I've been ordering from these guys literally since their first offering. My collection has quadrupled in value and infinitely in enjoyment. They are a classic example of when outstanding customer service meets an amazing product.

This morning I received my order of a set of Mini MetalMuseum tops. I had been concerned that a notice from ForeverSpin that my tops had shipped might be misleading since for days after USPS tracking indicated that a shipping label had been produced, but an actual product had not been received. I contacted ForeverSpin and received a quick response from co-founder Viktor that the holdup was US Customs and the complications of the US-imposed tariffs. Viktor assured me he would do all that he could to expedite the arrival of my order. So, I waited…

Order received.

What a delight! Superb packaging and presentation supported by written information; a mystery gift of a red top; a gift of a money-clip; and a bonus gift of credit funds! The folks at ForeverSpin go all out to make purchase of their tops a rewarding experience. All in all, for me the experience of their service as well as the quality (craftsmanship and beauty) of their tops are worth every penny I paid.

Now, to get to spinning tops with my four grandchildren…!!

I placed an order a few days ago but I wanted to change it, the ForeverSpin guys changed it immediately without any hesitation or extra cost. Any company can take an example of how well these guys handle customer service.

We've been customers for years and can not say enough good things about this company. Customer service is responsive and kind. All the products are extremely high quality, and they have something for nearly every price ranging from very affordable to luxury purchases. Highly recommend.

The worst customer service I have ever come across. I spoke to Viktor, who turns out to be one of the 3 owners (one of the people who fills your inbox with offers and spam) at length about my gold top and that the coating had come off to reveal the obviously plain top underneath. He was helpful to start, told me to return it, which I did, at immense cost by the way, sending anything to Canada from the UK is expensive, the best part of £15. Then he acknowledged he had received it, told me that the team were looking at it, but that they'd replace it nonetheless. Then that was it, nothing, I have emailed a huge amount of times, nothing, no reply, just more spam from them every little while. It has now been a year, yup, an entire year. I am now taking legal action as they obviously have no interest in fixing this, just complete silence regardless of who you send it to. Note I have also tried to contact Ruben, another owner, who also just outright ignores all communication.

ForeverSpin has great customer service. Michael is the star of the team. He was very responsive and helped provide a resolution quickly. They have wonderful products and stand behind them. Thanks!
