Fast shipping and exactly what we needed!

Excellent - they responded to my inquiry about the product, I ordered it online and it arrived quickly.

I was surprised at how quickly my order was filled.

Customer service was lacking and I had to chase them for an update.
At first, I was told a couple days. Then I got a barebones email that said a week. THEN when that day came and no shipping confirmation I emailed customer service and was told the following week it would be at the facility and shipped out. That was supposed to be 8/31/2020. They wasted my time.

Update: I did receive a relatively quick email apologizing. I can understand working with wholesalers can be difficult, I think I would have felt a lot more secure if that had been more transparent or communicative about the issue. I do want to make clear that they did at least try.

very poor. still don't have my printer that i ordered

If I had it my way, not one star. I ordered a printer for work purposes in the 11th, still waiting. I have decided to cancel and never order from you guys again. No printer, but yet, two emails asking me to rate you.

We own and operate a veterinary clinic and give folders to our clients containing copies of the documents regarding the treatment of their animals. We order Sparco two pocket folders from ForMyDesk as they are reasonably priced and of good quality. Ordering on-line from the company is easy and the order arrives promptly. I am very satisfied with the folders and the service provided by ForMyDesk.

Can never get in contact with customer service rep. 4-5 days later item still has not shipped out

Order #4926 was ordered Aug. 4th, it is now Aug. the 18th. Still nothing. No contact, no updates, not shipped as I checked the order. Oh yes, they took my money..I ordered the same item from Amazon on the 8th, it will be here today. Stick with a company yu know and trust.

The boxes were poorly packed, Boxes of pens were open and scattered across the boxes. We did not receive the whole order. I am a Controller for a business and I tried this company because someone had recommended you. I will go to another company from now on.

I ordered the product 3 times and I was charged forit. A week later I received and email saying that they don’t have the product. I was never reimbursed the money... I still waiting for my money back. Bad, bad, bad.

Items came in 2 days! Excellent! Product as described and well packaged.

The item I ordered was sold out in many places, but offered on Amazon for $200 more than what I paid here! The only reason I didn’t give five stars, is they never let me know that it had been shipped. When I checked online it said not shipped yet. When I finally contacted them after six days, they said it’s arriving today! And happily it did.
