Love the products
Love the products, did not appreciate the wait for shipping. Had it been an issue that I ordered late that would have been on me; however, I ordered my items nine days earlier than I did in 2024 and half of my order still arrived too late for me to give my students before our Christmas break.

Hi Angela, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're so sorry to hear that the turnaround time fell short of what was expected and communicated. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially when trying to order in time to give to your students their gift before the holiday break. If you haven't already, we encourage you to contact us directly at (800) 642-8885 or ftoservice@atlaspen.com so we can look into this in more detail and make it right. Thank you!

Personalized pencils for our students
We ordered personalized pencils for our students as a stocking stuffer. The pencils came quickly. I made a mistake on one name and called to ask about ordering another. Customer service was awesome, quickly got my order replaced at no charge. Our students were so excited about the pencils, especially those with unique names or spellings.

From a mother of a kid with a unique name, this one hits home! Thank you for making your students know just how special they are. 😊
Shopped around five stars
Shopped around and found ForTeachersOnly. Pencils came exactly as shown in the example. Five stars! Recommendation: I would have loved to move my custom text from the center of the pencil to right justified, closer to the eraser, so that the text is visible longer as the pencil is used.

Not charged for accident!
I have to admit that when I received the shipment I got very nervous and immediately double checked my order. There were accidentally 5 times the order that I had placed, so I freaked out because I would never be able to pay for that. I see by now that I was not charged for the accident, so I am very relieved.

Top Notch Customer Service
I ordered the personalized pens back in November for my class. It got to be the 16th of December and I still had not received the pens.
I called about the order. A rush was put on the order and they were shipped to me overnight. I received the pen packs on the 18th of December. Just in time!
I truly appreciate your company for doing this.
I am a long time customer in my former school district and will continue to be where I am now.
