Knows how to play the Job Application Game
I hired Rita for her help with learning the new rules of the job application game. The first thing Rita did that was quite simple but made a huge impact - she let me know I was not alone and that we would be working together to get the result I wanted. She shared her expertise in navigating today's processes, she was available for one-off questions I encountered along the way, and she checked in on me.
