I called to get help with my account, and couldnt be happier with the levels of customer service that I received. I was provided so much information which helped me to navigate the website and choose the correct products that were right for me and my clients. I felt much more confident after speaking with Fox Pharma and I am now confident to contact prescribers and progress my business.

I have recently set up a new account, excellent customer service, I was guided through the process step by step, looking forward to ordering from fox pharma.

I have been using fox pharma for a few years now and continue to be impressed with the products that they offer and their competitive prices. Their support team is fantastic and I get responses within a few hour of my queries. Very reliable delivery and easy site to navigate! I wont go anywhere else.
The only thing they could do to improve their service in my opinion is accept American Express as payment but overall fantastic service.

The team are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The aftersales support is second to none and I know that all their products are the best quality and totally safe to use.

What can I say apart from, Amazing customer service, I had a problem with getting a prescription to go through, and wow, they answered my email so quickly and sorted everything so that I didn't need to cancel and re book my client.

This company are amazing. I would not use any other product for my clinic. The delivery is always spot on and if there is an issue fox sort it right out. Their customer service is top class. Thanks fox Pharma for the fantastic service and products.

I just had to write a review on my incredible experience with a lady called Karen who works on your customer service team.
What a wonderful help she was, she guided me through the entire process with endless knowledge, skill, and not only that, she was hilarious!
As she was talking me through my difficulties we touched on various subjects, I mentioned it was my 50th birthday soon, but as a devout catholic, my party would possibly be a little dull as all my social circle are based around my faith, and obviously the church.

When she said she could attend dressed as the pope with a teeny Virgin Mary outfit underneath I was delighted!!!

Fabulous company, I will recommend them wholeheartedly!
