Being employed by a foreign company working abroad posed a real problem for us to obtain a mortgage by ourselves, but Sarah and Emily didnt miss a beat and got us an amazing rate and a formal offer much faster then we where expecting

Thank you Sarah, Gemma and Claire. We thought we were going to have to get a much higher priced mortgage due to the complex nature of the property we were buying. We got a competitive rate and they did all the work. Even kept an eye on it to the day we completed. I will use them again when we need a mortgage and insurance with Gemma. Would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I cannot recommend Fox Davidson highly enough! They have been fantastic every step of the way. I had dreaded applying for a mortgage being self employed but Fox Davidson have taken all of the stress out it and made the whole process so easy. Surprised that the response would be so quick (before 8am) to claim this is a fake review, rather than speaking to staff about their cases.

On 9/4/2018 we had an email from AW providing information about their mortgage service with forms for completion. On 20/4 we spoke to AW for clarification on fee before proceeding. On 23/4 we called the office, as we wanted to proceed quickly. Receptionist advised that AW was in a meeting & we requested a call back when meeting finished. No call.

Sent an email to AW on 23/4 @ 19:37 confirming that we wanted to proceed & that we had all the documents ready & requesting a call back a.s.a.p. No call or email response.

Rang office @ 9:50 on 24/4 & advised AW was not in until 13:00. Asked if he could call when he got in. No call or email response.

Over a week later & still no response. We wasted 3 days trying to proceed with Fox Davidson. Eventually we tried another broker. They set up & organised everything within a day – they were superb. It has turned out for the best, but disappointed we wasted time with a company who were either too busy or not bothered.

I have been dealing with the Bristol office for almost a year now (got two mortgages approved). The team at Fox Davidson has been absolutely incredible specifically Adam and Laura. They are both extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The latest mortgage approval needed much more work than we had initially anticipated. Laura has shown an unbelievable dedication like I have not seen in a long time. That team deserves 10 stars.

I have used several brokers before, Fox Davidson have been the best by miles. Their speed and communication is fantastic. I will recommend them without hesitation and will use them again in the future.

Contacted the company when a previous mortgage broker stated that we could not get a joint mortgage due to one of us holding a stipend income. Both Pete and Marion from the company have assisted us throughout the house buying process from finding a company that would take a stipend income to talking with our solicitor. We could not have asked for a better company for making the mortgage process easy for us whilst keeping us in the loop.
