A solid mass OCR PDF solution for large volumes of documents. We have had no issues with problematic data, customized requirements and long running jobs.

I recently had the responsibility of preparing a massive record on appeal. The Court now has rules regarding digital preparation for appeals, and file size cannot exceed 100 MB. .pdf compressor was INCREDIBLE for this task, to compress the digital portion of the appeal so it could be under the file size mandated by the Court. It additionally published the materials to .pdf/a with no problem. If you are in the legal community and need digital compression for appeals, .pdf-compressor is definitely the way to go for digital compression.

This is a great product. We have tried other engines to OCR and compress files. Nothing has come close to CVision. Also, the support is outstanding, one call and you quickly have your answer even to complex jobs.

CVision's PDF compressor tool has allowed us to deliver a high quality product to our customers while being respectful of file sizes.It has become a staple product in our workflow.

The software worked excellently and converted my .TIF files to .PDF and retained my folder structure. I was unable to find any other software with these batch features that was anywhere near a reasonable price. This was performed on a server with over 170,000 files and over 1700 nested folders. Overall there were only 2 errors, and those resulted from a corrupted source document. Great software!

This tool surpasses our expectations. Being a Document Imaging Company we often need to compress images that are stored in a cloud environment. CVISION does an exceptional job at a very affordable price.
