Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear you find the Freeads Pets website easy to use.
We appreciate that not every enquiry results in a puppy finding a new home, but it's also important to remember that prospective owners will often contact several breeders, ask questions and explore their options before making such an important commitment. We actively encourage buyers to take their time and make informed decisions when choosing a pet.
For breeders, we recommend responding promptly to enquiries, providing plenty of clear information and photographs, and including videos where possible. Being helpful and approachable can make a real difference when prospective owners are deciding which breeder and puppy is right for them.
We also encourage breeders to accept deposits through our secure PetSafe deposit service, which is free for breeders to use and helps provide additional reassurance to prospective owners.
Responsible rehoming is a two-way process, and good communication, transparency and patience go a long way towards finding loving, suitable homes.
Thank you for choosing Freeads Pets and for sharing your experience!

Thank you for your feedback. We take concerns about the standard or welfare of pets advertised on Freeads Pets seriously, but unfortunately no account, advert details or links have been provided with this review, so we are unable to identify or investigate the adverts you are referring to.
Pet adverts are subject review by our experienced moderation team, and we have specific requirements around pet welfare, age, advertising and responsible rehoming. We certainly do not simply allow every advert submitted to appear without safeguards.
Without details of the adverts concerned, however, we cannot verify the claims made in this review or investigate them properly.
