We saw the team on the stand at the Honey Show and bought some stuff. The pickup for the pre-ordered jars was very easy. A lovely team both on the stand and the two out in the cold and wet conditions handing out the pre-orders.

No problems with the packaging which means that all jars arrived intact, no losses. problems withh delivery but that was the fault of the delivery company not Freeman and Harding who do an excellent job getting stock out.

We’ve been using Freeman & Harding for our bottles at Beaver Creek BBQ & Hot Sauce for well over a year now, so it’s probably about time we left them the review they’ve earned.

In all that time, I don’t think I’ve ever actually needed to speak to them — and I mean that as a compliment.

Ordering is straightforward, the bottles are consistently good quality, prices are sensible and everything simply turns up as it should. As a small producer, that kind of reliability from a supplier is worth a great deal.

We’re a small family business ourselves, and I’m always pleased to support another family business that quietly gets on with doing a good job.

More than a year of orders without drama, chasing or problems. I really can’t ask much more of a supplier than that.

Always a lightning and reliable delivery from this excellent company with great quality glass and excellent customer service. A loyal returning customer, but sadly they are discontinuing the item that I buy from them. So very sad.
