Speedy delivery, all in decent condition. Could use less packaging, that's the room for improvement.

Order 8 bottles, had not arrived, told Courier tried twice on one day and again, someone in all day, no card left at any time, sent numerous emails asking for the tracking number for no reply. They take your money, do not deliver, then won’t forward a tracking number for Parcelforce who have alleged tried to deliver and not once left a card.

Turns out supplier had the correct address on the invoice and order and then managed to put the wrong address on the parcel, it was only by chance that the recipient checked the invoice after opening and had the honesty to bring the items to us.

Always delivered on time and correctly. Very happy with the products.

Really useful for French goodies I can't find elsewhere. Good delivery options and not too expensive.

Purchased Rillettes (Pate) which was delivered on 17/12/23 but 'use by' date was 28/12/23 (11 days) which I didn't notice until 12/01/24. Contacted customer services who said that it is a fresh product (it is definitely not as it is a processed preserved product) and that 11 days before expiry is acceptable. These people are getting rid of old stock - and customer service is shocking. Further to the reply from Frenchclick - I bought this product when I lived in France and it has a much longer shelf life than stated by Frenchclick who say it is a "Fresh" product - absolutely isn't as it's processed with preservatives??

Not able to get to France for our usual Galette this christmas / new year found French Click. They had the same one we like and ordered a few extra items as well, all arrived when expected and everything was great. Will order more next time, now we have tried and French click delivered !

Very easy to use and everything was delivered in good condition and on the arranged time.

I have ordered a month ahead and not a word from them. Tried to phone and nobody picked UP. Where is my food? No idea.
Update this company has no changed my order and removed items! It is my New year Eve meal no bother...thé only reason i ordered from you was to get foie gras and now this order is going to be late and incomplete. Please save yourself a job and stay away

my order window was running late -1hour- not too bad considering its xmas, I ordered fritelle wanting lays but expecting benenuts(all part of polish chain now). very very pleased, as the fritelles are lays and the expiry date is may2024 ! Excellant

Good selection and reasonable delivery charges but an insane amount of packaging, all plastic. It's a long while since I've seen expanded polystyrene rather than compostable packaging pellets. Would be too embarrassed to order again from them.

Excellent service, great choice of items, packed safely and secure.

The Delivery choices are also very good, I have been quite lucky that each time I've ordered, it has arrived by midday.

I highly recommend the service and will be using again next month.

First time I ordered from this company. As i am struggling to find such a business in Scotland.
Honestly I had a good experience, the products received yesterday were really well packed, nothing has been damaged (glass jars and biscottes) and the parcel (17 items) came on time. The products are very good.
There was one item which has been removed due to stock; they put a stamp on the order ticket received to ask us to check the order and the final amount charged. I thought they would still charge me for the product and get a refund later but it was not the case they deduce the amount immediately.
This is a very good process.

Do no order from this company. They do not pick up the calls, I tried 7 times as I waited all day for my order, which didnt turn up. They dont respond at all.

Very good selection of produce at a reasonable price, well packaged and fast delivery. Highly recommended.

Order placed on 29th October for a booked delivery on Saturday 04th November between 9am and 12:30pm. At 12pm, as we still had not received our delivery, I called their Customer Service number on 0207 097 6613 to get an update. Their FAQ on their website clearly specifies the following:

Q. How can I get a more accurate delivery time for my Order?

A. If you live in our London deliver area please give us a call / E-Mail on the morning of your delivery and we will be able to give you a more accurate delivery time within your delivery slot. If you are outside of London you will receive e-mail updates from our couriers usually with a 1 hour delivery window.

So we did exactly that and to our shock, no one answers the phone. It rings several times then hangs up. We tried 6 times between 12pm and 3pm. We also emailed French Click 2 times that day. Again, no response.

At 4:30pm, the delivery was finally made. I asked the driver what happened and he said: "contact the company". It is not my responsibility if your order is late so sort it out directly with them". I explained we tried constantly to call and email but no one answers. His response was that it is closed on Saturday.

French Click doesn't send any tracking number to customers so it is impossible to know if or when a delivery will be made, nor by which provider. So not only they don't work, but they don't keep customers updated.

The icing on the cake was that our order was incomplete when it finally reached us, and of course, no information from French Click in advance
