I ordered a suit that the picture showed as being a beautiful and bright teal. When it came it was a very different shade of green. Not even close. I was told it was because of lighting and screen difference. Yeah right. It wasn’t off by a shade or even two. Substantially different. THEN … the pants I ordered were a 30” length. They took a 32” and hemmed it - and not very well. The seam was 2” from the bottom and was horrible looking. The material was puckered. The thread was very visible. Not tight stitches. I was told this was premium hand stitching. I have had suits made in Saudi Arabia, and the stitching was just as you would expect. I asked for a refund as mentioned in their web site, but was told I could not get a refund as the suit was customized. The suit was NOT customized. I sent in no measurements. I ordered a 40S coat and 30” 30” slacks. They say it was customized because they asked for my body type and height AND because they took a 32” length pants and made them 30” … and very shabbily. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This company is NO GOOD.

They got the wrong measurements and the material sucks also the delivery takes long and they also write fake reviews please and I mean please do not buy from here if you do you have just wasted your money

STAY FAR AWAY, especially if you are in the US/Canada. Worst suits and customer service. They take AGES to make and ship the suits. Then when u ask for a refund, before it’s shipped you are met with denial and up charges of “20” fees + customs fees. Their shipping timelines on their website are inaccurate and NOT consistent. Seems like they care more about getting your money than customers experience. They are shady and want you to pay for EVERYTHING to keep their profits, don’t engage with them. Or you will lose $330 like me.

Where should I start.

Waited over 30 days, item did not arrive. This is a Chinese company displaying a US address.

Finally received a horrible quality suit, that was not the same color as the website. Very cheap materials. Item (two piece double breasted suit) arrived in shoe box style pkg with plastic wrapping.

Save your money and time. Deceptive Chinese company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are trash.. my son reached out to cancel his order the next day after placing it, and they told him he had to wait until the suit was done, there was no way to cancel it..we have sent 6 emails requesting a refund and telling them we don’t want the suit, it was not going to make it to us in time.. as I’m writing this review I still haven’t received the suit and my son prom is tomorrow 4/18/2026.. then today I all of a sudden get an email saying the suit is in its last stages of manufacturing, yet I’ve told them I don’t want the damn suit anymore, but they are going to MAKE me take the suit..

This company is terrible. Difficult customer service and if you want to return something, they do everything they possibly can to keep you money. Luckily my transaction went through PayPal and I had buyer protection. They received the returned suit about a month ago and in no way honored their 5-7 business day return policy. If it wasn't for Paypal, I wouldn've never gotten my money back. Similar to other buyers, I wanted to cancel this order within 10 minutes of purchasing. Nothing about the suit was custom. The company stalled and took their time responding forcing the suit to ship. They also ignored my request to immediately ship it to their return facility as I no longer needed it. Buyer beware this company is a scam.

DO NOT BUY!!! The reviews of this company are either bots or paid servers in India. I have quite a few suits and blazers in my wardrobe an decided to give French crown a try after doing what I thought was my due diligence an research on them. They are a scam that will send you what can only be compared to as a Halloween costume of a suit that does not match their description or reviews in any way. An if you try to return the items as they “encourage” on they’re website they will give you the run around an then try to first offer you a custom suit in addition, then give you credit, then tell you they can not refund your item because it’s custom even if it isn’t which mine nor anyone’s is. Do not make the same mistake, just google French crown scam? An you’ll find many other accounts of the same experience instead of the fake reviews that bolster there ratings an fooled me.

I am very pleased with both the quality of the products and the outstanding customer service. I worked with Mia on and she was so helpful and solved my problem immediately. French Crown is awesome!!

Excellent quality of products in the right colors.

I put in a refund request after the suit I ordered arrived one month later. I got no response from the company after the refund request that I placed using their online refund request option. I sent a follow up email 2 days later and this email was never replied to. I then sent a text to their WhatsApp and they said they couldn’t help me via what’s app and they’ll let the email team know to respond. Its been 12 days since my refund request and still no reply.
