I recently bought a car from Fresh Motors, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Kieran took care of everything from start to finish, making the whole process as smooth and straightforward as possible. He even arranged a complimentary pickup from Thetford station at short notice, which was greatly appreciated. His professionalism, excellent customer service, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience outstanding. I highly recommend Fresh Motors to anyone looking for a hassle-free car-buying experience.

I stand by my original review because it accurately reflects my experience.

Your response repeatedly states that your reservation terms were provided before payment and that the £500 reservation fee was clearly explained as non-refundable. That is simply not my experience. Had those terms been clearly brought to my attention before I paid, I would never have proceeded.

You also state that you provided me with a detailed breakdown of your costs. Again, I disagree with that characterisation. The issue has never been whether businesses are entitled to charge reservation fees in principle; it is whether the amount you retained was properly justified and whether the terms you now rely upon were fairly and transparently communicated before payment.

Your response refers to “in excess of 30 emails” and presents this as evidence of good customer service. The number of emails exchanged is irrelevant. Repeating the same position multiple times does not resolve the underlying issue. What matters is whether the reservation fee and its consequences were clearly disclosed before I entered into the agreement.

You also state that refunding £250 was simply a gesture of goodwill because you were contractually entitled to retain the full £500. If your contractual position was as clear and straightforward as you suggest, there would have been no need to negotiate or refund half of the money. That refund demonstrates that this was not the clear-cut situation you now portray.

Throughout this matter I have remained polite, reasonable and willing to resolve the dispute without legal action. Unfortunately, despite extensive correspondence, we were unable to agree because my central concern was never satisfactorily addressed.

My review is an honest account of my experience. I have not accused Fresh Motors of anything untrue. I have simply described what happened from my perspective and why I believe other consumers should be aware of it.

I am confident that the correspondence and evidence will speak for themselves. As this matter remains unresolved, I will now allow the legal process to determine whether the terms relied upon were fair, transparent and enforceable.

Gave me a smooth and simple process no issues

Great customer service, reminders when Service and MOT due,full and detailed explanation of work needing to be done going forward.

First time having an MOT and service here since buying from you last summer. Really liked the booking system, video run through and paying by link. Everything was followed up by the promised phone calls. Just a great all round experience.

Kieran Alzate was Efficient, friendly and very helpful.

Took my TT in for an MOT at Fresh Motors and as always, couldn’t fault the experience—friendly and professional. The whole team are brilliant, techs and front of house staff, it’s genuinely a great garage. Highly recommend and I wouldn’t go elsewhere!

Excellent customer service from Kieran - bought the car online and Kieran provided all information requested. Very responsive. Delivered by Jonathan who was equally personable and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.

First time using this garage. Doesn’t seem to want to rip you off. Detailed inspection. Very polite and helpful staff. So far I’d give them top marks. Car is back in again tomorrow for the works. I’ll give further review afterwards. Seem pretty switched on though.

BMW X1 booked for its annual service and MOT, with added request to replace 4 spark plugs.

Easy to book and pleasant experience with the reception team in delivering the work requested on time.

Having had a good previous experience at Fresh Motors, I returned in order to buy a second car. I was not disappointed. Great customer service and friendly staff, a comfortable environment and a large range of cars to consider. Definitely will return whenever I need to!

Great experience and seamless service from Adam and team

recently purchased a pick-up, overall it was a good experience just a few niggles.
1) site advertises 100 mile free delivery! NO free delivery is in a 100 mile round trip.
2)Sales video for pick up says a tear in the seat will be repaired. Delivered with tear in seat
3)Day of delivery which was confirmed two weeks ago, extremely bad communication, basically waited from 08.30 till after 15.00.
4)I found it rather challenging that at the start of the process after a few emails was able to actually speak to someone, on delivery day it was like i was being blanked, sales exec would not answer his phone but would send an email.
5) Car finally delivered after 3 in the afternoon with a layer of dust all over it, which required a visit to a car wash and a tear in the seat

I turned up at Fresh Motors without a booking, and the Staff arranged for a Technician to check the car for me within just a few minutes. I didn't need to leave the car as the small problem was dealt with immediately. I was very grateful and pleased with the outcome.
