Länger als 1 Woche hat es gedauert damit die Bestellung überhaupt bearbeitet wird. Normalerweise wird die Bestellung innerhalb von 1-2 Tagen an den Paketlieferanten übergeben, bei Fridayparts müssen sie mit 2 Wochen mind. rechnen.

I only received the upper hose
Update. On 10-18I received a near immediate response from customer service once I had the correct email address. 10-28 They provided a tracking number for the other radiator hose that should have been in the original shipment, tracking shows label created, I assume I will get my hose soon.
