Update to my review:

I purchased a refurbished clothes steamer from Fridja for £49.99, and it has been a complete disappointment. The product is not fit for purpose—it takes an unreasonable amount of time to steam even a single cotton t-shirt. While I expected some wear due to it being refurbished, I still expected it to function properly. It does not.

When I contacted Fridja to request a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, they refused, citing a policy that opened items cannot be returned. This is not legally enforceable when the product is not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose. To make matters worse, the steamer arrived with water already in the tank, clearly showing it had been used before and is resellable.

What shocked me most was their response. They offered me a partial refund only if I agreed to remove my negative Trustpilot review. This is unethical and feels like an attempt to manipulate public feedback.

Their email communication was also bizarre and unprofessional—multiple emails sent within the same minute, signed by “John” but using a signature image for “Joanne Leighton.” It felt intentionally confusing and evasive.

I’ve since reported the company to Trading Standards and initiated a chargeback through my credit card provider. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. Their products are unreliable, and their customer service is evasive and manipulative.

Do not buy from this company. The products are not fit for purpose and despite the distance selling act, Fridja refuse to accept returns are a substandard product that doesn't do what's it supposed to.

Bought a F1000 clothes steamer and it barely produces any steam. It takes about 15 minutes to steam a child's thin cotton t-shirt. You'd get better results from steaming it with your kettle.

Loving my new clothes steamer, ironing just became fun and much less of a chore! Super fast delivery and better than I expected, it is a refurbished steamer but to be honest it looks brand new, not a mark on it or the box it came in! Thank you 😊

Purchased the F2500 juicer direct from Fridja. It arrived promptly and is made of high quality. Comes with a downloadable free recipe booklet. Easy to set up and a great flap to close it off so that no spills occur when you remove the juice container. No problems cleaning it. Hard to believe it can create so much juice from what appears to be dry fruit and veg. We use the the non-juice element either in our composter or as a cake base.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my juicer! It's a breeze to use and clean, with no mess whatsoever. Juicing has never been so straightforward and hassle-free - it's pure joy!

I purchased a juicer that wasn’t great - it had really wet pulp and the rotator could catch all the juice. So kindly they sent me an alternative model, the f1900 - this is the worst juicer I’ve ever had. It doesn’t catch all the fruit. It just sits pushed to the side by the rotating arm. The juice comes out thick and pulpy like a smoothie. The pulp is dry, but I imagine it’s because hardly any makes it through. It’s really wasteful of fresh produce - you don’t get out what you put in. I’ve asked to return it and to be offered a full refund….im hoping they will oblige as i cannot use this juicer. I’m so disappointed. I’ll update on progress with return.

Absolutely love this juicer!!! Self feeding so we have to put minimum effort to juice, and on top of that it’s such an easy assembly. The design is so sleek so it’s fit in all kitchens. The pulp of the juice comes out nearly dry, giving us maximum juice capacity.

I am very happy with my purchase. That is incredible experience to use this juicer. I find it very quiet and quick to prepare my daily healthy juice. Thank you, Fridja, for an amazing recipe book. It is such a great inspiration!

I've had my Fridja F2500 for a couple of months and I'm really enjoying the results. I mainly use for vegetables i.e. kale, spinach, carrot, beetroot and celery with added apple or pear for sweetness and lemon or lime to lift the whole flavour. So easy to use and easy clean. I would definitely recommend this product.

Its so quick to put together and to clean.

Hardly any pulp comes out and they provide a strain to catch the little bits that do. Easy to load whilst juicing and safe to load and walk away.

And the customer service has been fantastic as well. Very quick and helpful responses.

Brilliant company and fabulous product (I got the f2500 juicer and I am so pleased with it). Customer service was amazing, I couldn’t decide between the two models and I reached out for help - I got replies to my emails within 30 minutes each time and they really helped me to make my decision. Great steamer, good value for the money, have used it for a few months now and I didn't had and issues with the steamer. Thought that will be difficult with the jeans but surprised the steams did a good job. So far I'm really happy with the purchase

Brilliant 👏 I love it. Never used an iron since. Easy to use and easy to store away. So impressed - definitely recommend. Has a sharp crease gadget that really works. Stops shine on my suits and avoids burns. Large tank avoids keep stopping to top up and uses tap water.

It is a great steamer and easy to use - clothes are much better after a quick steam

After looking at reviews for numerous juicers, glad I purchased this as my first juicer. It's dead easy to assemble, use and clean. Looks very swish and modern, is sturdy and has a good quality feel. Would highly recommend.
